This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. The prices are comparable to or better than other local dentists, and they work well with a variety of insurance companies. The hygienist is very kind and helpful. In my opinion, most dental offices aren’t worth 5 stars, but Queens Dental Care is the best in Jackson Heights. Convenient location and clean, cozy office are a plus. The staff is personable, and they never keep you waiting more than 10 minutes. Compared to other dental practices, that’s very punctual. I was able to get an appointment a few days from when I called. Dr. Sanhu and her assistant are informative. They helped make the experience as comfortable as could be. I’m thrilled to have found my family dentist. I’ll be back in 6 months for a checkup and cleaning.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist welcomed me and even shook my hand. I barely had to wait. The hygienist was great. She was thorough. I appreciated that she answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I sensed that the entire staff truly cared about their patients. Dr. Kaminsky didn’t lecture me about brushing and flossing me. They provided a treatment plan and made sure I thoroughly understand each aspect of it. The guidance was excellent. Dr. Kaminsky definitely raises the bar when it comes to patient satisfaction.

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. The receptionist could have just hung up the phone after telling us that they couldn't take her on as a patient at that time, but instead, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though my sister and I aren't patients there at this current time, it felt like we were because of the kindness that we received.

Now my friends and I actually look forward to our checkups and cleanings. The staff here are so friendly, and everyone at each step of your visit seems to genuinely care for their patients. One of the hygienists joked with me during the entire cleaning which calmed my nerves. Dr. Murphy has completely changed my perception of a dentist office. Has it been 2 years since my last review? Time does fly, but these folks at C K Galdieri only seem to get better over the years. I drive 2 hours to make a morning appt with these folks in Elmwood Park , and it is more than worth it. Dr. Galdieri runs a top-notch dental office; you will not go wrong going to them for a check-up. I have been to other places here in Elmwood Park , but always come back to C K Galdieri! They stay up to date with best techniques, and still find time to treat you not as a "case" or a "file" but as if you are their only client. Can't say enough good things about these people – look no further for the best dentist around.
