I’m terrified of the dentist, so I’d rather do just about anything else. Though I still don’t like going to my dental visits, Everlasting Smiles Dental is the best dentist near me, and I’ve been to a lot of them! In my previous experiences, I either discovered a fantastic staff with a horrible dentist or a great dentist with a terrible hygienist and office staff who made you feel like a burden. But Dr. Afridi’s dental practice is the best of both worlds. The staff is so friendly and kind, and the super-professional hygienists put your comfort first. The receptionist/bookkeeper always helps me navigate my insurance and what I owe as well as scheduling appointments. All the great reviews are true. Though I did wait a little bit, I’ve had to wait longer at other places, and I guarantee they only made me wait because patients weren’t coming in on time, which will push back all the other appointments after it. Or maybe Dr. Afridi was tending to an emergency and wanted to make sure his patient was being taken care of. I would happily wait a long time if needed just to get the high level of service and dental care this place has to offer, knowing that once I get in the dental chair, they won’t rush me out to keep on schedule. They help keep my dental health in check while making me feel comfortable the whole time. That’s absolutely worth the wait! Seriously, the best dentist in Glen Oaks, NY.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I’ve been a patient here for a long time, but I just had my first filling ever done. I almost made it 25 years without one. Getting a filling was easier than getting a tattoo, which is something I couldn’t believe. The dentist and the dental assistants were gentle. My comfort was their top priority. I’ve been a patient at multiple dental clinics, and while they were good, Dr. Babayev is the absolute best. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. They are very efficient but don’t rush. Dr. Babayev was kind, and the hygienist expertly answered my myriad of questions. I asked a lot of questions, but she didn’t mind at all. The receptionist explained the payment options very well. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. Recently, I have been going to Elite Dental. They are always affordable, work with your insurance, have easy appointment scheduling, and convenient location. When I broke a tooth, Dr. Isakharov called me back right away! This is a great, straight-forward dental clinic with sound dental advice and affordable services. They won’t try to sell you what you don’t need.

After moving to New York, I knew I needed a new dentist. Since I didn’t know many locals, I turned to the internet for help. After quite a bit of research, I decided upon Dr. Rafya Sandhu. I told her that I needed a new retainer but mentioned I didn’t really care for the traditional wire retainer. She recommended a night guard as an alternative. I love it. Unlike traditional retainers, the night guard is invisible. I can wear it, and others won’t even notice. I highly recommend Dr. Sandhu of Westbury Smile Center.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

Queens Central Dental delivered hands-down the best dental experience I've ever had! The office is calm and friendly. Dr. Ames is an excellent doctor, very patient and warm. You know you're really getting procedures you need, and they take into consideration all of the special circumstances you bring to light. The staff are also very welcoming and professional. The hygienist should win an award for how well they explain everything and the reason it's done, which I've never had someone in the Jackson Heights area do before. No surprise sharp pokes or stretching your mouth out. End of the day - a fantastic experience! No need to fear going to the dentist, you may just look forward to it!

Dr. Azbel has been impeccable. The staff at Lucky Dental are so personable, informative, and attentive. I love my visits so far to this clinic; my teeth cleanings have been great. They allowed me to wear headphones and listen to music while they worked, which eased my anxieties considerably. The parking situation was pretty good, and I love Dr. Azbel.

Dr. Sandhu and her team at Queens Dental Care are life-changing. As a mom, it’s a bit embarrassing to get braces, but they explained everything in a very detailed manner and graciously accommodated me when I needed to cancel or reschedule appointments. The staff is great with kids. My son has had to come along to my appointments, and they don’t mind at all. Queens Dental Care is the best place in Jackson Heights, NY to go for all your dental needs.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. After my appointment, the doctor went over with me a personalized treatment plan they had drafted to decide what should be done next. I will definitely be back soon.

I am so impressed with Dr. Rchard Kaufman. I suppose I am one of those rare people that likes to go get their teeth worked on. For me, nothing feels better than having clean teeth. I also like knowing that when I go to Dr. Kaufman's office I will be dealing with a highly-skilled dentist and personable staff. I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. They don’t always require appointments, and you don’t have to wait long when you’re here. I recommend it to all searching for a good dentist in Maspeth, NY. Can't go wrong here.

Incredible! I discovered Glendale Dental after having a terrible experience with my former dentist. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and I loved the staff. Dr. Cukier was amazing! He found a few things my previous dentist had missed. Plus, they were able to schedule my follow-up appointments for repairs very punctually and knew how to file with my insurance company. Yesterday, I had four fillings removed and replaced. The entire process when well. Dr. Cukier was very efficient. He even checked up on my later that evening to make sure I was feeling okay after the procedure. Overall, Glendale Dental deserves a perfect rating. I’m thrilled to have found such a competent dentist.

I thought my jaw may have been misaligned or that my teeth had been caving inward - things I thought were leading to me stretching my jaw. I believed the solution was something expensive like Invisalign or breaking my jaw somehow for realignment. It turned out I just needed a tooth resurfacing, which was the reason for my jaw issues! I went out to Dr. Borgella DDS initially because they had great reviews local to Bronx and offered Invisalign. What ended up happening was I saved a bunch of money and switched over to them with Dr. Borgella as my primary dentist! I'll be referring my fiancé to use them, in addition to all my friends and family. They are friendly, genuine, caring, and also offer great availability options for those that have tough work schedules. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I chose to try out this practice based on positive online reviews. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite some time, but I do try to take good care of my teeth by brushing and flossing. I was wowed by the level of respect I received from Dr. Kaminsky. Neither he nor his staff tried to pressure me into getting expensive treatments. They discussed necessary concerns, namely my wisdom teeth and what the process would be like to eventually have them removed. They were very thorough and cared about my comfort. The typical lack of concern some dentists show for this was why I stopped going to the dentist in the first place, so I was relieved that they took the time to make sure I was okay. They also have all the latest technology. After having such a wonderful experience, I booked another cleaning. Asides from my wisdom teeth, I got an A+ for my oral health. I highly recommended Dr. Kaminsky Edit - 7/18/17: I chipped my tooth, and it was digging into my cheek. I was scheduled to leave town the next morning. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in and fix it. I had an X-ray. They cleaned up the sharp edge, and I was ready for my trip. They didn’t even charge me! I love the quick, friendly treatment. They are really concerned with long-term client relationships. Great!

The front office person is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I have my first appointment next week, and I am actually excited about it. Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

Everything about my Shay Dental experience is positive! Immediately after entering the business, you are greeted, offered refreshments, and even offered a tour of the facility. No other dentist has offered this to me, and as a business owner, I really appreciate how well-managed and well-staffed the office in New York is. I didn’t just feel like a patient. I felt like family! They went above and beyond making me feel welcome, even giving me a gift bag when I left. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars, Dr. Shay would get it!

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. Dr. Lerner and his staff are lovely. I had such a positive experience thanks to the receptionist and the hygienist. Having come from the UK, I was apprehensive about going to a dentist in the US. I put off going for as long as I could. My first appointment at Dr. Lerner’s practice was wonderful. I received excellent care. Dr. Lerner has an infectious energy that put me at ease. I was also very impressed by the thorough cleaning I received from the hygienist. I highly recommend this dental practice!

While on vacation, I was experiencing some discomfort due to having seeds/food stuck in my gums. I looked online and realized Dr. Mangiaracina was open on Monday. I called a couple minutes into their hours of operation, and thankfully, they were able to fit me in. We were back on the road in less than an hour. I appreciated the gentle, professional care and advice I received.

I was a bit nervous to have an implant done. But, it was amazing. I didn't feel any pain at all. Dr. Murphy is wonderful; she’s highly professional. The entire staff is personable. When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

Dr. Sebold is one of a kind - empathetic and fantastically efficient when I had a filling done. Having had two bad experiences at other places in Brooklyn , I was especially leery of the dentist. Candy Sebold DDS was great with me as a worried patient and made a filling go by like a breeze!

Lost a cap while visiting New York. I didn’t have a clue which dentist I should go to, but as luck would have it, I called Dr. Amir and got right in! The cap was fixed quickly and I was right back out in less than 30 minutes, enjoying the sights in Brooklyn. Thanks, Dr. Amir! You saved the day:)

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

C K Galdieri is the best Elmwood Park dentist ever! I've been going to Dr. Galdieri for years and they are so caring, friendly and gentle. They make you feel like family, which helps remove any anxiety. In an emergency they took great care of me until I was able to get to the oral surgeon. The front desk receptionist best-of-the-best and made sure I was alright. I recommend C K Galdieri to everyone. I always have a great visit. These folks need 10 stars!

My family has been going to Dr. Kucher for five years now and they always provide great dental service in Livingston, NJ. The dental hygienist always cleans our teeth thoroughly and are very nice. I have to give a special shoutout to the receptionist, she’s the best! Whenever we have dental emergencies we’re able to get in within a couple of hours. This place is awesome.

Always have an excellent experience, personable staff, a great physician, take time to talk to you about things, always feel comfortable and welcome. When I'm there, the staff are always so welcoming and greets me by name. When I moved to Medford and needed a new dentist I found Dr. Perry. I took more precautions when I looked for a better dentist after my very bad experience at a dentists' place I had visited before. The office is warm and friendly.
