Like most, I hate the idea of dentists - you name it, it’s just the worst! That all changed today. I just got home from an appointment at C K Galdieri and could not wait to write this. Dr. Galdieri was the most honest, straight-forward and friendly person I've met in a long time. Everything was explained in great detail and they even drew me some pictures to help understand my treatments. I can't say that I'm excited to go back necessarily, but I'm happy to have found a place in Elmwood Park that is responsive and empathetic. I look forward to fixing my teeth with this dental team. Seriously, this is coming from a patient who has avoided the dentist at all costs for WAY too long: GO to C K Galdieri. (That's an order!)

I don't normally post online reviews. However, I had such a positive experience at Dr. Murphy's practice, Radiance Dental, I knew I had to share it with everyone. I had neglected my dental health for a number of years but decided that it would become my priority through a New Year's resolution. I actually followed through with it. I was very nervous, but Dr. Murphy was comforting. She explained every detail about the procedure step by step. It was honestly the most painless cleaning I've ever had. She did a very comprehensive job, as there was a lot of work to be done. She then helped me arrange to have my two cavities filled and to fix two of my old seals. I don't have dental insurance, but they treated me very kindly. The prices at Radiance Dental are very affordable for an exam, X-rays and cleaning. I highly recommend this practice. I am thrilled with the work that they have done for me and will continue to return for all of my dental needs. Thanks Dr. Murphy!

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. I would recommend Dr. Choi and her staff at Smile by Choice to anyone.

I am totally satisfied with the way my visit went to Shay Dental. When I went, I was nervous because I hadn’t been to a dentist in almost 15 years. They still made me feel right at home. When I talked to Dr. Shay, I knew I found the right place. He was very knowledgeable and kind and he answered all of my questions. His examination was thorough, and he took the time to give me in-depth explanations. We discussed what my priorities were, and he pointed out what was most important learned how my insurance worked and how much I’d have to pay per visit. We also talked about financing, which was helpful because of how much work I needed. The office helped me through the process and put me at ease with how much it costs and how long it will take. Although I’m just starting, I am happy I chose Shay Dental because of their professional and caring service. Best in New York!

I'll say it...THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN NYC!!! They have given me so many reasons to remain true. Here recently my husband had an emergency...was in severe pain. I went to Armstrong Dental Studio first thing in the morning and they took care of everything, even though he didn't have an appointment until the night before. They are so courteous and caring. We always have an amazing visit and always looking forward to the next time. Dr. Armstrong always seems so happy to see us and takes time to ask about how things are going. The front desk team is always very friendly and I have no clue how they remember all of our names. It just shows their dedication to customer service. I soooo adore this place!!! Check them out and you will not regret it.

I found Dr. Howard Lerner after reading online reviews. We needed a dentist that would be able to see us on the weekend, as it was very difficult to accommodate appointments for my son during the school week. We had wanted to switch from our pediatric dentist because he is a teenager and is very grateful to have found Dr. Lerner and his staff. The hygienist who did the cleaning was incredibly gentle and made sure to explain everything that she was doing, which made my son feel at ease. Dr. Lerner was very friendly during his exam and even complimented my son on his teeth. I appreciated that they weren't pushy about taking x-rays after I explained that I preferred to wait. I also received a discount. Parking was very convenient. We have found a new dentist for my son!

Queens Dental Care in Jackson Heights provides the best dental care possible. They have quelled my longtime fear of going to the dentist. After having quit smoking a couple years ago, I decided to treat myself. The staff made custom bleaching trays. My teeth look great. They do a super job on cleanings too. I’m grateful Dr. Sandhu is my regular dentist. I’m so pleased with the level of service that I referred my elderly uncle. They have treated him with such kindness. He needed treatment for an infected rear tooth. The receptionist was able to schedule us immediately. Dr. Sandhu was very kind, informing him about every step of the process. From the time we called to the time we left, it only took two hours. You can’t ask for anything better than that. Thank you Dr. Sandhu for such great service.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I had the best possible dental appointment anyone could imagine. Thanks to Dr. Azbel, I had a painless filling. How many people can say that? I even got to watch a movie during the process. It’s awesome because it lets you relax. The staff is highly skilled and knowledgeable. My family and I will be regular patients here -- no doubt about it!

I had a very positive experience during my first visit at BH Franklin Dental. I don’t necessarily go every year as I should, so I was a bit nervous about going, even if it was just a simple cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice. The process went quickly. They have top-of-the-line X-ray equipment and showed me my X-rays right away. I was glad it was all done at the same place too; I never had to get out of the chair. I appreciate that Dr. Babayev was efficient and friendly. He checked out a couple of spots my hygienist was worried about. He was diligent and knowledgeable. Dr. Babayev was very honest. She didn’t think the possible trouble spots were actually an issue and didn’t try to upsell me for services I didn’t need. Overall, the staff was friendly and kind, and the office was warm and inviting. I had a wonderful experience. Zero complaints! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. I always feel at home at Dr. Grinberg’s office. Everyone is kind and they’re great with my kids. I’m so glad they’re willing to entertain my kids when I have to bring them to appointments. I had a pretty bad experience at my last clinic, so I decided to give Westbury Smile Center a try for my extraction. Westbury, NY is a bit of a drive for me, but I believe it's definitely worth the trip. I regret making my last choice of a dentist based on the closest office to me, but I will definitely be going to see Dr. Sandhu for now on. The office is immaculate, child-friendly, and everyone there is very personable. They made my usual nervous self fear free while visiting this practice. Everyone from the front desk to the support staff hidden in the back is so welcoming and kind. They call you back before you hardly have a chance to sit down. The cleaning, exam, and x-rays were all done with such professionalism and skill. Dr. Sandhu is just incredible. Dr. Sandhu and the assistant do an excellent job keeping you relaxed. The doctor does a comprehensive job explaining everything. My experience during my extraction was practically painless, and I am very thankful that I had this done at Westbury Smile Center. After doing my own research, I decided to go to Dr. Kaminsky. Having talked to four other dentists in the Syosset area, I was tired of being pressured to receive services I didn’t really need. I liked that they gave me a quote and stuck with it. I received a crown the same day. It was high quality, and I didn’t have any pain. The hygienist gave me the best cleaning I’ve had in my life. Overall, it’s a very convenient place to go for all your dental needs.

I don’t recall hearing people speaking kindly about going to a dentist office. I don’t believe they have been to Dr. Rosen in Cedarhurst, NY. He has been our dentist for years, and the cleaning done by his staff is so good. They have the top of the line equipment available, and they are so detail oriented in their cleaning, paying a ton of attention to problem areas. They are quick to catch problems so they can monitor them closely. Dr. Rosen is so thorough with his exams, but our time in the chair has been minimal due to the positive cleanings and follow-ups. This office has a ton of great reviews, and I now have seen why. A lot of us forget to say thank you. I try my hardest to go out of my way to let them know how much I appreciate their services. The front office person is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I have my first appointment next week, and I am actually excited about it. My husband and I started going to Dr. Mangiaracina after moving to Merrick, NY from another state. Initially, we chose this practice because they were PPO with our dental plan. We’ve had incredible service since our first appointment. The service has been great. Appointments are on time and never canceled. They’re ready for you as soon as you come in, even if you’re the first appointment of the day. The receptionist and hygienists provide wonderful service as well. It’s always very convenient and easy to schedule an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Mangiaracina and her entire staff.
