I took a slight hiatus from the dental office due to my own laziness, not due to a bad experience. I scheduled back with Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental at her Scarsdale, NY office. She walked by me in the hallway and immediately knew my name. I noticed the main office has expanded, which makes sense due to the incredible environment she promotes and the level of professionalism she works with. I hardly even sat down before I was called back, and I was seen by the dentist a few minutes later. If you aren’t delighted with your current dentist, you should give this office a try.

My family has been going to Dr. Borgella for the past three years since moving to the Bronx area. My daughter and son in law convinced us to go to Dr. Borgella as they felt they were the best dentist ever. So glad we listened to them, and headed over to Reginald Borgella DDS. Best front staff, hygienists are gentle but very thorough and the absolute best team for all dental work. We were with no wait and I find I do not dread spending time in the dentist chair, weird! Sounds too good to be true, but I assure you they are great!

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. Shay Dental is the only place I’ve been able to take my teenage daughter who is terrified of the dentist. Dr. Shay was so kind to him and calmed his nerves as soon as he stepped foot in the office. He patiently explained every step of the process and checked on how he was doing. Dr. Shay said we could even come back for a second cleaning visit if need be. The moment I saw my daughter smiling as she walked out of the dentist's office, I knew we had found the one. The next day, Dr. Shay followed up with a sweet note telling my daughter how well he did. The very thought of having my wisdom teeth extracted was enough to throw me into a spiral of anxiety. Since I had never had any kind of oral surgery before, I had no clue what to expect when getting my wisdom teeth removed. the staff at Dr. Lerner’s practice were very personable and efficient. The dental assistants put me at ease thanks to their positive attitudes. Dr. Lerner explained the process to me in great detail. He explained that I would need two wisdom teeth removed and said that he could do it that day if I wanted him to. His confidence and reassurance comforted me, and I agreed. He did the procedure in less than an hour, and I didn't experience any pain. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Lerner for all my future dental appointments.

Queens Dental Care in Jackson Heights provides the best dental care possible. They have quelled my longtime fear of going to the dentist. After having quit smoking a couple years ago, I decided to treat myself. The staff made custom bleaching trays. My teeth look great. They do a super job on cleanings too. I’m grateful Dr. Sandhu is my regular dentist. I’m so pleased with the level of service that I referred my elderly uncle. They have treated him with such kindness. He needed treatment for an infected rear tooth. The receptionist was able to schedule us immediately. Dr. Sandhu was very kind, informing him about every step of the process. From the time we called to the time we left, it only took two hours. You can’t ask for anything better than that. Thank you Dr. Sandhu for such great service.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. Dr. Panev of Grand Smile Dentist and his team wonderful. They make me feel comfortable as soon as I walk in the door to a dental appointment. I’d like to thanks the billing staff for breaking down the benefits and costs so that I could understand everything very easily. I’ve never had someone do that for me at other practices. The x-rays were efficient and painless. Dr. Panev was also very informative. I love knowing what is going on with my teeth. The staff gave me great care and worked with my insurance. I cannot imagine going anywhere else in Brooklyn for my dental care.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

As soon as I walked into Everlasting Smiles Dental, I thought it looked more like a spa than a dentist office. Dr. Afridi explained everything he saw my my mouth and actually listened to me. He even told me what the numbers meant when he was examining my teeth. The whole team was competent and kind. They didn’t just go ahead and do my X-rays without first checking with my insurance to see if they were covered, which is so rare! This office in Glen Oaks is wonderful, and I’m so happy I found them. I regret not going to them sooner.

I came to see Dr. Sandhu in late December with my child. This dentist and the staff at Westbury Smile Center are so child-friendly. They have a great environment that really keeps kids calm. Due to it being a weekend appointment, they were super busy, but they were still able to see us walk-ins. We currently don’t have dental insurance, but they were able to do all of the usual stuff at a very reasonable price.
