I'm very satisfied with my experience at Dr. Lerner's office. The staff was very charismatic and the technology was very high-tech. While I have to wait a little bit to get called back, it really wasn't that big of a deal. However, if I was to rate the experience out of 5 stars, I take one away because of the delay. That being said, the rest of the experience was wonderful. We’ll see how things go when I come back to get a wisdom tooth removed. I had such a great time at my first appointment with Shay Dental. My check-up and cleaning were with Dr. Shay. I appreciated the time he took to explain the situation with my teeth and gums; he was helpful and knowledgeable. Finding out I had cavities was really the only bad part of the appointment. But these should be filled up with future appointments. I’ve been to this place a couple times to see Dr. Rosen. The office manager is kind and friendly, and she always calls me to make sure I’m doing OK after my appointments and procedures. One of my fillings cracked recently and it hurt a lot, but they fixed it for free because it was under warranty. This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I initially came to Dr. Azbel for Invisalign treatments. I also required some additional cosmetic work. I’d gone to my previous dentist since I was a kid, so I was a little nervous to switch practices. However, the experience at Lucky Dental was the best I could have hoped for. It was painless, which was a pleasant surprise because I am used to be having to have gas prior to anesthesia in order for me to be comfortable. Dr. Azbel was very efficient and meticulous. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!
