I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I am delighted with Dr. Rosen. This has to be the most excellent dental clinic I have been to in my whole life. Everything is so clean, and the environment promoted in this office is so fun loving. The staff as a whole are fantastic. They give you a tour of everything on your first visit. This crew’s goal is to provide you with an extremely comfortable experience while keeping your dental health at the forefront. They do incredible restorative and preventative work, and I’m actually looking forward to returning next week to this Cedarhurst, NY office.
