She was thorough, polite, gentle, etc.--everything that you expect from a great dentist. She took her time explaining what treatments I needed and the reasons why I needed them. The prices at Westbury Smile Center were very reasonable as well. I really liked the fact that this wasn’t a crowded office where they keep you waiting long after your appointment time. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. I had a very positive experience during my first visit at BH Franklin Dental. I don’t necessarily go every year as I should, so I was a bit nervous about going, even if it was just a simple cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice. The process went quickly. They have top-of-the-line X-ray equipment and showed me my X-rays right away. I was glad it was all done at the same place too; I never had to get out of the chair. I appreciate that Dr. Babayev was efficient and friendly. He checked out a couple of spots my hygienist was worried about. He was diligent and knowledgeable. Dr. Babayev was very honest. She didn’t think the possible trouble spots were actually an issue and didn’t try to upsell me for services I didn’t need. Overall, the staff was friendly and kind, and the office was warm and inviting. I had a wonderful experience. Zero complaints! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I've been going to Dr. Borgella for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied. I originally went to them for a second opinion prior to a cap on a tooth cracked during a filling by another dentist. I had been prepared to get a cap, but Dr. Borgella instead repaired the molar. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

Dr. Rosen is by far the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The people that manage the office are impeccable, and they treat you like a family member and remember your name. I first came to his office after a year and a half of neglecting my teeth. I ended up needing a lot of work done. I was referred elsewhere for my root canal, due to the specifics of it, but I had a few cavities filled by Dr. Rosen. I try to go back to the dentist sooner than the usual six months to try and better manage my situation. The staff here are so accommodating; at one point I asked for a pillow, and they happily obliged. It’s a small office, and the team always seems to stay the same, which in my mind means it's probably a great place to work. They offer incentives when you refer a friend, and they offer deals on social media. I highly recommend this dentist office!
