I called Dr. Sandhu’s office this afternoon. I was actually parking in front my regular dentist’s office, but they couldn’t schedule me for an appointment today. I spoke to the kind staff of the Westbury Smile Center the office, and they scheduled within the hour. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Sandhu was so kind and personable. I have braces, so she discussed, in detail, how to properly brush, which I had not previously been informed of. She then gave me this cream for the demineralization of my teeth due to my braces. I left with a little dental care package. Thankfully, I didn’t need any additional work done besides the cleaning, but this will be my dentist from now on. I wholeheartedly recommend the Westbury Smile Center in Westbury, NY!

Dr. Kaufman is very honest and efficient. I hadn't been to the dentist for quite some time, but I knew that choosing a dentist was similar to choosing someone who works on your car. You need someone that you can trust. You want someone who won't pressure you into getting extra work done and someone who will do a great job at an affordable rate. Dr. Kaufman was all of those things and more. I appreciated that he was very direct about what work needed to be done and gave me options as far as payment for the service. I needed six fillings, and the first three only took one hour. Overall, I cannot recommend this office highly enough. The staff is very compassionate, and the office is very inviting.

I love going to see Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental. She is efficient and knows exactly what to do to solve any dental problem what you may have. I had a tooth extracted and experienced some pain. When I called the office, Dr. Babayev insisted I come in right away. I appreciated that she took my concerns seriously. She is personable, which really puts me at ease.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. She walked by me in the hallway and immediately knew my name. If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. They also offer more specialist services in the office on certain days of the week, so you never have to worry about outsourcing other offices or services. The office workers are also very helpful financially. When insurance doesn’t cover a procedure, the staff doesn’t hesitate to explain the best course of action in paying off bills, and they are very understanding and realistic when it comes to what’s urgent and what’s not. They have been a huge help in paying for our dental procedures. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist and I tell all my friends and family to use Shay Dental. The studio is well-kept and up-to-date, the workers are friendly and welcoming, and the work itself is perfect.

I recently moved from Brooklyn to Stamford, CT, but I still schedule my dentist appointments around my scheduled trips back to Brooklyn. The staff here is professional, friendly, and helpful. Every procedure has been covered by my insurance. It’s just about time to call and schedule an appointment for a cleaning, and I’ll be in Brooklyn next month to visit family. I went to Dr. Lerner's office for a check-up, cleaning, and filling. It was the best dental experience I've had to date. I don't usually write online reviews, and I never expected to write a review of a dental office, especially considering I am not exactly a fan of dentists. But, I have to give credit where credit is due. Dr. Lerner told me that I would be pain-free during the procedure, and he was right. He and his team are incredible. They gave me great customer service and helped deal with all the logistics of my situation.
