I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I have a fear of dentist offices and anything relating to dentistry. I have avoided dental work I've needed done for years. This morning, I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted that was infected and giving me awful pain. From the start of the day when I called to inquire if Dr. Borgella was available, I was greeted kindly by the awesome staff person who answered the phone. She confirmed my insurance was accepted there, even giving an idea of what I'd pay for an extraction. Upon arriving in at Dr. Borgella’s office in Bronx, she nicely greeted me and proceeded to give me the paperwork to complete as a new patient. This is what was stunning to me, I was seen on time!! I went in, got my cleaning and met the dentist, Dr. Borgella, who was nice, informative, and clear. They told me things I needed done, in addition to the extraction, but did not pressure this as an upsell. Surgery was easy and quick! The only thing that hurt was getting the anesthesia in the roof of my mouth. Ten hours later, I have absolutely no pain, wow! I will be back to Dr. Borgella DDS. Everyone in the office was kind and professional and the prices are right on point.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I’m a former hygienist at Shay Dental, and I often found it strange that people would fly in to New York just to be treated by us. Now that I’ve moved away, I see that Dr. Shay’s talent and care are unmatched. I travel back myself for treatment, and I’m grateful that they always keep me smiling.

I adore coming here to Armstrong Dental Studio. The team is knowledgeable and welcoming and they truly care about you. I recently missed a cleaning due to illness, but they were so understanding. I'm about to make my next appointment now. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else in all of New York. My son adores Dr. Armstrong so unless we move, we will be going here.

Out of all the “adulting” tasks, going to the dentist is one of my least favorite. After looking at online reviews, I decided to call Dr. Lerner's office. I gave them my insurance information, and they called me back within an hour to help me schedule the appointment. The receptionist that I spoke with on the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. She made scheduling an appointment very easy, especially for a new patient. When I arrived, multiple staff members greeted me very kindly. After being called back, they took me to get some x-rays done and then assigned me to a room. The office was clean and cozy. The staff is very charismatic. They're also very honest, which I greatly appreciate when it comes to a dentist. While I still don't like going to the dentist, I will be coming back in 6 months for my regular checkup. As long as I live in New York, New York, Dr. Howard Lerner will be my dentist.

Dr. Ames treats our family of four including the recent addition of elementary school aged children who previously went to a pediatric dentist. The youngest required her first filling (and shot, yikes!) this week and Dr. Ames and staff at Queens Central Dental distracted her, cheered her up, and, believe it or not, there was not a sighting of even a single tear! They showed her their tools and explained in an age-appropriate way what they would do. They were even patient and answered all her questions. She was kept comfortable and laughed during the visit in spite of arriving at the office right in Jackson Heights. Personally, I've been a patient for over a year and am completely satisfied with the tooth repair I got a couple months back. I appreciate that all transactions are handled by the office staff so any billing inquiries are addressed firsthand, no need to reach out to a third party with any questions.

Dr. Sandhu and her staff are the best. My whole family has had work done in his office. Dr. Sandhu has a state-of-the-art office. I love not having to bite down on multiple pieces in my mouth to take X-rays. They also don’t try to upsell you. They are honest about the kind of work you actually need. I cannot recommend Dr. Sandhu of Queens Dental Office enough.

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Like most, I hate the idea of dentists - you name it, it’s just the worst! That all changed today. I just got home from an appointment at C K Galdieri and could not wait to write this. Dr. Galdieri was the most honest, straight-forward and friendly person I've met in a long time. Everything was explained in great detail and they even drew me some pictures to help understand my treatments. I can't say that I'm excited to go back necessarily, but I'm happy to have found a place in Elmwood Park that is responsive and empathetic. I look forward to fixing my teeth with this dental team. Seriously, this is coming from a patient who has avoided the dentist at all costs for WAY too long: GO to C K Galdieri. (That's an order!)

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

I’ve been Dr. Isakharov’s patient for a while now. Even when I moved outside of Rego Park, I still return to Elite Dental since the quality is second to none. I referred my girlfriend recently and her friends keep complimenting her on her lovely smile. I can vouch for the quality work done here.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

Dr. Azbel has been impeccable. The staff at Lucky Dental are so personable, informative, and attentive. I love my visits so far to this clinic; my teeth cleanings have been great. They allowed me to wear headphones and listen to music while they worked, which eased my anxieties considerably. The parking situation was pretty good, and I love Dr. Azbel.

Incredible! I discovered Glendale Dental after having a terrible experience with my former dentist. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and I loved the staff. Dr. Cukier was amazing! He found a few things my previous dentist had missed. Plus, they were able to schedule my follow-up appointments for repairs very punctually and knew how to file with my insurance company. Yesterday, I had four fillings removed and replaced. The entire process when well. Dr. Cukier was very efficient. He even checked up on my later that evening to make sure I was feeling okay after the procedure. Overall, Glendale Dental deserves a perfect rating. I’m thrilled to have found such a competent dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr Shahin for a number of years. I have the option of seeing other dentists within my insurance network, but choose to see Dr Shahin for my dental care. This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. My comfort was their top priority, and my teeth look great thanks to them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I don't normally post online reviews. However, I had such a positive experience at Dr. Murphy's practice, Radiance Dental, I knew I had to share it with everyone. I had neglected my dental health for a number of years but decided that it would become my priority through a New Year's resolution. I actually followed through with it. I was very nervous, but Dr. Murphy was comforting. She explained every detail about the procedure step by step. It was honestly the most painless cleaning I've ever had. She did a very comprehensive job, as there was a lot of work to be done. She then helped me arrange to have my two cavities filled and to fix two of my old seals. I don't have dental insurance, but they treated me very kindly. The prices at Radiance Dental are very affordable for an exam, X-rays and cleaning. I highly recommend this practice. I am thrilled with the work that they have done for me and will continue to return for all of my dental needs. Thanks Dr. Murphy!

He tells you what he’s doing as he’s doing it, which I really appreciate. He and his team are incredible and supportive and provide amazing customer service. I always feel at home at Dr. Grinberg’s office. Everyone is kind and they’re great with my kids. I’m so glad they’re willing to entertain my kids when I have to bring them to appointments. I got Dr. Sebold’s info by googling and found that Candy Sebold DDS was close to where I live. My 79-year old mother was in excruciating pain from a tooth that needed to be pulled, so I called right away to set up an appointment. I called the office and got a very nice and knowledgeable staff person on the other end. He said the doctor could fit her in right away so we rushed over. Doctor Candy Sebold was wonderful, warm, knowledgeable and empathetic. Within an hour, my mom was beaming and telling jokes. The entire staff made us feel welcome. I cannot say enough about what a great Brooklyn experience it was, and I would highly recommend Dr. Sebold.

This is my 3rd visit to Dr. Amir and I have been uber impressed with the professionalism and proficient service. I ended up back the next day to finish up the work. My tooth is fixed and looks exactly like its counterparts, and it was so affordable. Dr. Richard Kaufman is one of the nicest dentists there is. He has a great practice in Uniondale, New York. I appreciate that he explains exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. He patiently answers all your questions and concerns. I find Dr. Kaufman to be very gentle and approachable; he puts my nerves at ease. Parking is very convenient. Even if you're coming from out of town, his service is worth the trip!

I was wowed by the level of respect I received from Dr. Kaminsky. Neither he nor his staff tried to pressure me into getting expensive treatments. They discussed necessary concerns, namely my wisdom teeth and what the process would be like to eventually have them removed. They were very thorough and cared about my comfort. The typical lack of concern some dentists show for this was why I stopped going to the dentist in the first place, so I was relieved that they took the time to make sure I was okay. They also have all the latest technology. After having such a wonderful experience, I booked another cleaning. Asides from my wisdom teeth, I got an A+ for my oral health. I highly recommended Dr. Kaminsky Edit - 7/18/17: I chipped my tooth, and it was digging into my cheek. I was scheduled to leave town the next morning. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in and fix it. I had an X-ray. They cleaned up the sharp edge, and I was ready for my trip. They didn’t even charge me! I love the quick, friendly treatment. They are really concerned with long-term client relationships. Great!

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

While on the road, I had a dental emergency in Merrick, NY. I called to see if Dr. Mangiaracina would be able to see me before I continued on my journey. Thankfully she was able to squeeze me in and re-cement my temporary crown. The whole staff made me feel welcome. I am so grateful to have gotten such good dental care while away from my regular dental office. They truly saved my plans. Thank you! K Dental Smiles in Freehold, NJ is a beautiful office with amazing services delivered by dental experts! After years of searching for the perfect dentist with more cons than pros, I finally found a dentist I could trust with my teeth and my family’s teeth - Dr. Khetani! They have great hours, which allows me to see them either before or after my work hours, so I don’t need to take PTO. Strongly recommend this awesome practice!
