I had a very positive experience during my first visit at BH Franklin Dental. I don’t necessarily go every year as I should, so I was a bit nervous about going, even if it was just a simple cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice. The process went quickly. They have top-of-the-line X-ray equipment and showed me my X-rays right away. I was glad it was all done at the same place too; I never had to get out of the chair. I appreciate that Dr. Babayev was efficient and friendly. I called the office in Scarsdale, NY, and they were able to get me in the next day at the time I needed. When I showed up, the staff called me by name when I approached the front desk and assisted with my check-in. The team as a whole are so, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working for Dr. Murphy. The dental hygienist did such a great job with my cleaning, and I was then fitted for a mouth guard and scheduled to come back for a filling, which was so small that it didn’t require novocaine.
