Dr. Borgella is simply amazing. Everyone is personable and great at their jobs. You feel welcome from the moment you walk in to the time you leave back out into the streets of the Bronx . Thinking of mothers when I say that although strollers are probably welcome. I would recommend not bringing it, but that's just my two cents. The waiting room was great though! There's nothing like a great Dentist, and Dr. Borgella is the best. This place is amazing!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

C K Galdieri definitely deserves 5 stars. The staff, starting from receptionists to hygienist, to doctors is extremely attentive. I happened upon them recently and was here in their Elmwood Park office for the second time today, their personal approach still blows me away. I’m grateful Dr. Sandhu is my regular dentist. I’m so pleased with the level of service that I referred my elderly uncle. They have treated him with such kindness. He needed treatment for an infected rear tooth. The receptionist was able to schedule us immediately. Dr. Sandhu was very kind, informing him about every step of the process. I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

This was the first time I have come into Dr. Rafya Sandhu’s office in Westbury, NY. I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. I had a very positive experience during my first visit at BH Franklin Dental. I don’t necessarily go every year as I should, so I was a bit nervous about going, even if it was just a simple cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice. The process went quickly. They have top-of-the-line X-ray equipment and showed me my X-rays right away. I was glad it was all done at the same place too; I never had to get out of the chair. I appreciate that Dr. Babayev was efficient and friendly. He checked out a couple of spots my hygienist was worried about. He was diligent and knowledgeable. Dr. Babayev was very honest. She didn’t think the possible trouble spots were actually an issue and didn’t try to upsell me for services I didn’t need. Overall, the staff was friendly and kind, and the office was warm and inviting. I had a wonderful experience. Zero complaints! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I saw a Dr. Kaufman today, the Saturday before New Year's Eve, without an appointment because I lost a crown last night. Granted, the crown was over 35 years old and had been done by another dentist, but I still needed it fixed. I expected to have a long wait, but the X-ray process was very efficient. Less than 10 minutes later, I was prepped to see Dr. Kaufman, who numbed me for the procedure. An hour later, I had a new temporary in place and a permanent crown had been ordered. I love the high quality technology they have at this practice. Instead of making an impression of my teeth in clay-filled tray of yore, they used 3D digital imaging to map out my teeth and photograph them for color matching. Same result without all the radiation! Dr. Kaufman was so expeditious and accommodating. Thank you so much!

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. I met Dr. Mangiaracina after being referred to a friend after another dentist told me I needed a bunch of procedures done.
