I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Borgella’s dental office today. The whole staff is nice and accommodating. I haven't been to a dentist in over 12 years. The dental assistant and the dentist, Dr. Borgella, made me feel very comfortable. We laughed a lot talking through treatments. I didn't feel judged about the condition of my teeth, or for not having seen a dentist for so many years. They gave me a wonderful gift bag full of useful items; it's a great gesture that made me feel special. The cost of my treatment was more affordable than I thought! I'm going back on Monday to have a broken tooth capped. Dr. Borgella took a lot of time explaining the results of my x-rays. He even removed a popcorn shell that had inflamed my gums and prevented me from eating solid food for a couple of days. I have been going to C K Galdieri since October 2016. Dr. Galdieri and the whole team are incredible individuals personally and professionally. They are very friendly and make you feel more than welcomed. Dr. Galdieri is an amazing dentist. They keep you up to date on everything from beginning to end. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I never expected to give a dentist a 5-star rating, but DR and his staff have earned it. Recently, I broke a bridge in the front of my mouth. My previous dentist in Syosset intended to charge me 50K for the work. That’s wasn’t in my budget. So, I went to Dr. Kaminsky. He recommended other options that were nowhere near as expensive. I appreciated being given a less expensive alternative. I’ve never had a dentist actually care about my financial needs and not try to upsell me. I felt very comfortable. After having been bombarded with bad dental experiences, I was relieved to finally find a dentist that didn’t discourage me. Dr. Kaminsky has multiple positive online reviews. I can see why. He offered to come in on his own time. It was my front teeth, and he didn’t want me to wait. I’m so glad I called them. I’ve found a dentist I can trust. They also open early. Their hours are really good, which is a bonus for someone with a busy job. I can’t wait to update with a picture of my brand new smile.

I selected Queens Central Dental because they are right next door in Jackson Heights , they open early and have some Saturday hours. Now that I've had my first experience, I'd come back no matter what the hours! Queens Central Dental is my new go-to for all things dental. The staff were polite, professional, and friendly. The office is very clean and has modern tech. Dr. Ames is a top-notch dentist. And for the record, I am not the biggest fan of dentists. She is thorough, provides a great deal of information and has a very warm, comforting manner.

She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. I went to Dr. Lerner's office for a check-up, cleaning, and filling. It was the best dental experience I've had to date. I don't usually write online reviews, and I never expected to write a review of a dental office, especially considering I am not exactly a fan of dentists. But, I have to give credit where credit is due. Dr. Lerner told me that I would be pain-free during the procedure, and he was right. He and his team are incredible. They gave me great customer service and helped deal with all the logistics of my situation. I am pleased to say that I am Dr. Lerner’s patient, and I think he should be pleased with the quality of work he does. He is a tribute to his profession, a true asset to New York dentistry.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Richard Kaufman! My brother is handicapped and has diabetes, so he requires extra care. It is very important that he has a gentle and compassionate dentist who is willing to work with him. Dr. Kaufman is that dentist for us. He is very willing to listen to all of our concerns and does a great job on my brother's dental care. Dr. Kaufman did a great job monitoring my brother's healing process. So far he is healing very well, and there have not been any additional complication. Personally, I've been to seven different dentists in the past 20 years. One of my previous dentists suggested that I have all my teeth pulled and just get dentures. Dr. Kaufman said this was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Kaufman specializes in implants, so he helps me devise a treatment plan that was a whole lot less drastic. I am highly satisfied with his work and Incredibly grateful that I have found such a wonderful dentist and friend. If I could give Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental more than 5 stars, I would. Every appointment is a pleasant experience. I had major tooth pain one evening. Thankfully, Dr. Babayev was able to tend to me right away. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was very anxious that I would be in a great deal of pain. However, Dr. Babayev took the time to explain everything to me. I had an infected tooth, and the infection had spread to two other teeth. I needed all three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure, and I appreciated that the office called to check on me later that day. Since then, I have referred multiple friends and family members to BH Franklin Dental. They’ve all had great experiences too. I am now a patient for life. I couldn’t imagine going to another dentist.
