He's extremely gentle and explains everything before he does it. Today's task was a root canal, and I'm feeling like the most awesome person in all of Elmwood Park ! I definitely recommend Dr. Galdieri and his staff!

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Borgella DDS for anyone in search of any Dental needs. It is so challenging in the Bronx area to come across honest dentists who truly care for your health and well-being. I'm very glad I found Dr. Borgella and the staff at her practice. Dr. Borgella is so informed and lets you know in detail how every treatment goes from the start to finish, including what happens after - making you feel at ease. Let’s face it, if you don't ask, most places won't tell you – not here, they took the time to treat me right. I've gone in for a root canal (Dr. Borgella was very Gentle), crowns, fillings, regular cleaning and each time I've been treated with the highest quality of service and diligence. I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

After over two decades in New York, I finally found a dentist I actually like. Dr. Lerner’s office is cozy and inviting. Unlike other dentists, he is efficient yet still devotes a great deal of time to his patients. I appreciate that he is honest, telling you exactly what you need without trying to upsell you on something that isn't actually necessary. Unfortunately, many other local dentists do this. I had a chipped tooth, which he fixed at a very affordable rate. Although his office is a bit of a drive for me, I am happy to travel knowing that I get such good care. I had done a lot of research prior to coming to his clinic, and none of the other dentists I interacted with were as kind. I can't say that I want to go back very soon because I don't necessarily like visiting the dentist, but when I do have to return, I will definitely be giving Dr. Lerner a call.

Dr. Shay and his assistants were so thorough throughout my procedure. He has great communication skills and informs you before starting any procedure; he even gives you the good and the bad of the procedures so that you can make decisions for yourself. I will definitely schedule another appointment with him! Shay Dental is the best that New York has to offer!

She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

I continue to come back to this place time and time again because their service is exceptional, their staff is welcoming, they create a friendly atmosphere, and they provide information to help my teeth. Dr. Ames was very friendly and personable, and the dental hygienist, was very positive, upbeat, and informed during my teeth cleaning. Before my appointment, I had some issues concerning my teeth and Dr. Ames calmed me down, relieving me of those concerns. My teeth look great - I can smile again! Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

Dr. Isakharov and the staff are amazing! What an excellent experience for my routine cleaning, and when I returned to get my cavities filled, they remembered me and asked about my job. I’ve never had good experiences with fillings before because my cavities show up small on X-rays, but the tooth will turn out to be nearly all decayed. Dr. Isakharov listened to my concerns and when the cavities were much larger than they'd initially appeared, took the time to discuss options for my future oral care. A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. I appreciated how detail-oriented Dr. Cukier was. He made sure that it fits properly and that it aligned correctly. My former dentist passed away, and I was skeptical that I’d find another one who was as good as him. I certainly didn’t think I’d ever feel so comfortable with a dentist again, but I was wrong. The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

Honestly, my first experience here was not the best; BUT you can really see the character of a place when things go wrong. Between the administrative staff and the medical staff, they were amazing. I have never had such a positive dental experience, these people, especially Dr. Sebold, care! My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

This office is fantastic. Everlasting Smiles Dental runs so smoothly. Everyone’s competent and timely, and they all seem to love their jobs. They all know you and remember little details you tell them even though they haven’t seen you since your cleaning six months ago. If you’ve had problems at other dental offices, I highly recommend you check out Dr. Afridi’s office. They will change your perspective of getting dental work done. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I love going to Dr. Kaminsky. He’s trustworthy and honest, not to mention gentle and personable. He did two rear fillings and filled a crack in 30 minutes. I wasn’t in any pain, and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. The prices are very reasonable. The friendly staff and convenient location make it even better. As someone who is known for their smile, I love how my teeth look thanks to Stuart Kaminsky DDS. He gives the best possible, and I look forward to seeing him every 6 months.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but Dr. Mangiaracina deserves every last bit of praise. She is highly professional and knowledgeable, which is evident in her demeanor. She is also genuinely passionate about her job, which really puts you at ease. I’ve had multiple dentists botch their work in the past because they don’t really care about what they are doing, but Dr. Mangiaracina is different. She not only a wonderful doctor but also a wonderful human being. I give Dr. Mangiaracina my highest recommendation. The entire staff is great. They pay attention to detail and remain professional.
