REGINALD BORGELLA DDS was recommended to me by a coworker, and I am so glad she did. The staff was friendly, very pleasant, and above-all professional. My appointment was scheduled easily and they catered to my scheduling needs. When I arrived, the staff was welcoming and my wait was quick. My hygienist was out of this world. She was so professional and approachable – an overall great job. She inquired into my needs. She walked through and explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Borgella was thorough, and didn’t sell me any unnecessary dental work. At the end they were clear on the suggested treatment plan. Overall, I cannot be happier with my experience. No better place in Bronx !

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I adore coming here to Armstrong Dental Studio. The team is knowledgeable and welcoming and they truly care about you. I recently missed a cleaning due to illness, but they were so understanding. I'm about to make my next appointment now. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else in all of New York. My son adores Dr. Armstrong so unless we move, we will be going here.

Everything about my Shay Dental experience is positive! Immediately after entering the business, you are greeted, offered refreshments, and even offered a tour of the facility. No other dentist has offered this to me, and as a business owner, I really appreciate how well-managed and well-staffed the office in New York is. I didn’t just feel like a patient. I highly recommend Dr. Lerner's office. I have gone here for both regular teeth cleanings and fillings. I haven’t felt pain during any of my appointments. Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Azbel to work on my teeth for almost a year. I should have written this review sooner. I decided to switch dentists because I wasn’t satisfied with my previous one. That’s when I switched to Lucky Dental. The receptionist was very welcoming and made me feel like a valued patient. Unluckily for me, I had a lot of cavities, so I had to come back for additional visits, which means I’ve gotten to know Dr. Azbel and his staff quite well. Pros - The staff is incredible. They are all very nice and love their jobs. You never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I’m usually called back right away. I don’t even need to sit down. They let you watch a movie while you get work done, which makes things go by faster. They are very efficient as is, but I love that you can watch a movie. It almost makes you forget you’re having dental work done. The parking is okay too. I highly recommend Dr. Azbel of Lucky Dental.

Dr. Cukier and his staff are amazing. I’ve been to Glendale Dental for two emergency treatments, and they are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cukier is wonderful. He knows his craft and works efficiently. I had little to no pain for either procedure thanks to Dr. Cukier being good with a needle. I highly recommend Dr. Cukier. Added: He even followed up with me to make sure I was doing okay.

My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.

Dr. Kalyanaraman of G.K. Raman DDS in Brooklyn, NY is the best! I’ve been a patient for a couple of years, and I’ve only had to have cleanings. This weekend my boyfriend cracked a tooth and was in a lot of pain. He also works a lot of overtime, so he really needed to get it fixed right away. Dr. Kalyanaraman came in on a holiday to take care of him! My boyfriend wasn’t even his patient at the time. We will, however, make sure that our family goes to his dental office from now on. He’s wonderful, kind, and compassionate. We are so grateful to have found this practice!

Dr. Afridi is amazing and caring. He’s also very smart and really takes his time to explain everything to you. Since he practices pain-free dentistry, he’s also very gentle. From the front office staff to the hygienists to the dentist, everyone at Everlasting Smiles Dental are highly skilled. It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had in Glen Oaks.

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

I saw online reviews of Dr. Sandhu that seem way too good to be true, but they were right down the road from me, so I made the appointment. I was honestly embarrassed when they asked me the time that has passed since my last appointment. I never felt friendly to any of my previous dentists, and I was always afraid of the pain and cost. The moment I walked into Westbury Smile Center I felt at ease. I always remember feeling rushed when I’ve been in dentists office previously. They remained very punctual, but they took their time and made you feel at home. The dentist didn’t bounce around to different patients; it seemed as if my appointment was the time she completely dedicated to me. She examined my broken crown and told me the process it would take to replace it, and the price to do so post insurance. I was shocked that it wasn’t much more. During the entire process of the exam, cleaning, a filling or two, and the repaired crown, I felt no pain whatsoever. This clinic seems entirely dedicated to customer service. After I left there, I felt relieved to have come across Dr. Sandhu, and I got the dental care I needed. I will continue to go to this clinic for my checkups and cleanings. For as much time Dr. Sandhu is at this clinic, I will be a patient here.

I hate going to the dentist. There is always a lecture by some persnickety hygienist and front staff is usually grumpy; not the Candy Sebold DDS team – they made my day. The hygienist was so incredibly thorough and sweet. Dr. Sebold made some suggestions outside of regular treatment, but it didn’t feel like an upsell, only alternative suggestions. I love the conversations we have. I had a broken tooth, and Dr. Kaminsky was wonderful. He was calm, which put me at ease during the filling process. I just moved to Brooklyn and had a veneer pop off at a very inopportune time. My job requires me to have a perfect smile so I had to find a dentist quickly. A friend suggested Dr. Amir so I called and they quoted a reasonable price and worked me in immediately! I was all fixed up and back out the door in less than an hour from the time I called. Awesome!

I saw a Dr. Kaufman today, the Saturday before New Year's Eve, without an appointment because I lost a crown last night. Granted, the crown was over 35 years old and had been done by another dentist, but I still needed it fixed. I expected to have a long wait, but the X-ray process was very efficient. Less than 10 minutes later, I was prepped to see Dr. Kaufman, who numbed me for the procedure. An hour later, I had a new temporary in place and a permanent crown had been ordered. I love the high quality technology they have at this practice. Instead of making an impression of my teeth in clay-filled tray of yore, they used 3D digital imaging to map out my teeth and photograph them for color matching. Same result without all the radiation! Dr. Kaufman was so expeditious and accommodating. Thank you so much!

I recently moved to Levittown, NY, but after doing my research I am happy I found a great dentist. Island Smile Dental is great. The front office person is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I have my first appointment next week, and I am actually excited about it. Nobody actually likes going to the dentist. Personally, I detest x-rays because I have a strong gag reflex. Plus, I once had a traumatic experience at an out-of-state dentist. However, Dr. Mangiaracina and her staff make the process easy. My husband and I have been going here since we moved to Merrick. It’s the complete opposite of my previous experiences. Dr. Mangiaracina is incredible! She is personable and really knows how to put people at ease. The staff has lots of solutions for doing x-rays with ease. The injections and procedures are less painful as well. The staff is very friendly. They know my husband and I by name and even remember what we talked about at our previous visit. I love Dr. Mangiaracina. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.
