I came in first for an exam and then came back later for a crown at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring. Procedures were well explained in detail and questions promptly answered. Never seemed like there was a hurry or when asking questions. I'm very happy to have found a good dentist in the Bronx area. Everyone also touted a stellar attitude, which I really appreciated. This also applies to the staff (very nice and helpful people). Please keep up the good work, Reginald Borgella DDS! I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. This is my second trip to Armstrong Dental Studio for more than just a regular cleaning. This time I had a root canal and crown done on the same tooth, but no worries, it was completely pain free! The staff is so helpful at Shay Dental and they make it super easy to make an appointment. I called but then realized the office was closed. The receptionist saw my number on the caller ID and called me back, without me even having to leave a message. How great!! The office is spotless and inviting. I had no trouble parking. It’s right across from the library. Shortly after I walked in, they took me back. I had already filled out my patient information since they had the form online. So helpful! It seems like they never have patients wait long which is good. In the past, I’ve generally had dental hygienists do the cleaning, but not here! Dr. Shay took care of it. He did everything from the cleaning to the x-rays and more! I’ve been debating oral surgery on the suggestion of another doctor, but Dr. Shay gave me his honest and straightforward opinion on it. This is especially true if you tell them up front that you don't have insurance. The X-ray, teeth cleaning, and crown sizing experience was very prompt and painless. The crown setting process was also very efficient and painless. I found the staff to be incredibly personable and helpful. I needed a root canal with a crown. Dr. Kalyanaraman at G.K. Raman DDS, Brooklyn, NY explained how everything would go and why it was important to get it done. Everything turned out great, and I am no longer having any pain because of that tooth. I was able to pick up the kit the next day and was thankful for the thorough instructions I received. They even followed up with me, thanking me for coming in. I may not like going to the dentist, but Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental make it a whole lot easier to maintain a beautiful smile.

Candy Sebold DDS is the best dentist I have gone too in Brooklyn in a long time. Yesterday I met with Dr. Sebold because of the severe pain I was having. They got me examined and set me for surgery today, and made me completely comfortable from end to end. The hygienists were great and completely professional above all else. The office was clean and inviting. It appears they have pretty good state of the art dental equipments as well. So glad I live close to this dental office.

I've been to see Dr. Amir twice and both times were fantastic experiences. The first time was a dental emergency (broken tooth) and I got in right away.
