The office is clean and comfortable. Everyone, especially Dr. Galdieri, is happy and my dental work was excellent. In the end I had to get a few fillings and a crown. But, unlike the past, I was able to get it all done in one day! Not to mention, they brought me a blanket when I mentioned in passing that I was cold! Talk about customer service! I went to Dr. Lerner for the removal of two of my wisdom teeth. I barely had any pain during the procedure, and less than a week later, I had no visible swelling. Plus, I could eat any solid food that I wanted. I appreciate how meticulous and candid Dr. Lerner and his staff were. It was nice to know what to expect during the procedure. I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I am totally satisfied with the way my visit went to Shay Dental. When I went, I was nervous because I hadn’t been to a dentist in almost 15 years. They still made me feel right at home. When I talked to Dr. Shay, I knew I found the right place. He was very knowledgeable and kind and he answered all of my questions. His examination was thorough, and he took the time to give me in-depth explanations. We discussed what my priorities were, and he pointed out what was most important learned how my insurance worked and how much I’d have to pay per visit. We also talked about financing, which was helpful because of how much work I needed. The office helped me through the process and put me at ease with how much it costs and how long it will take. This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I came in first for an exam and then came back later for a crown at Reginald Borgella DDS. Dr. Borgella was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and caring. Procedures were well explained in detail and questions promptly answered. Never seemed like there was a hurry or when asking questions. I'm very happy to have found a good dentist in the Bronx area. Incredible! The hygienist, is great and Dr. Ames is a skilled dentist and an awesome person. They were super accommodating to me when I was late due to classic Jackson Heights traffic. They are very family friendly and everyone in the Queens Central Dental practice is super pleasant in conversation. I brought my baby with me because I was on maternity leave and had not one to watch him and they were 100% accommodating. They completed my cleaning while he was in his car seat, and when he got upset, they let him sit with me! I got a cleaning done, quickly followed by two cavities filled. One cavity took longer to fill than expected and they were so nice about it, and then they scheduled an early appointment for me to get the other filled on another day. When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. Dr. Sandhu is a very skilled and reasonable dentist. I went to her for Invisalign, and she did great work. I appreciated that she was fully devoted to her patients’ needs. She makes sure everything goes smoothly during treatments and even checks up on her patients after more complicated procedures, including checking on my after my Invisalign trays have been delivered. I’m very impressed with both the care and the location. The Westbury, NY location and parking are very convenient.

I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Richard Kaufman! My brother is handicapped and has diabetes, so he requires extra care. It is very important that he has a gentle and compassionate dentist who is willing to work with him. Dr. Kaufman is that dentist for us. He is very willing to listen to all of our concerns and does a great job on my brother's dental care. Dr. Kaufman did a great job monitoring my brother's healing process. So far he is healing very well, and there have not been any additional complication. Personally, I've been to seven different dentists in the past 20 years. One of my previous dentists suggested that I have all my teeth pulled and just get dentures. Dr. Kaufman said this was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Kaufman specializes in implants, so he helps me devise a treatment plan that was a whole lot less drastic. I am highly satisfied with his work and Incredibly grateful that I have found such a wonderful dentist and friend. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.
