I love the beautiful office and awesome staff. The hygienists are gentle when cleaning. Dr. Kaminsky and his staff pay attention to detail, which some dental practices seem to forget. For example, they remind you about your appointments in advance and don’t make you spend an eternity in the waiting room. While they do offer cosmetic services (whitening, straightening, even an oral cancer screening,) they don’t bother you if you decline.

I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. If I could give Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental more than 5 stars, I would. Every appointment is a pleasant experience. I had major tooth pain one evening. Thankfully, Dr. Babayev was able to tend to me right away. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was very anxious that I would be in a great deal of pain. However, Dr. Babayev took the time to explain everything to me. I had an infected tooth, and the infection had spread to two other teeth. I needed all three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure, and I appreciated that the office called to check on me later that day. Since then, I have referred multiple friends and family members to BH Franklin Dental. They’ve all had great experiences too. I am now a patient for life. I couldn’t imagine going to another dentist. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that their patients are comfortable. It’s very easy to schedule appointments. Everyone is kind and easy to talk to. I am highly satisfied.

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

Dr. Ames was very friendly and personable, and the dental hygienist, was very positive, upbeat, and informed during my teeth cleaning. Before my appointment, I had some issues concerning my teeth and Dr. Ames calmed me down, relieving me of those concerns. My teeth look great - I can smile again! Queens Dental Care is incredibly great, and I can’t say enough about this dentist! Dr. Sandhu is so welcoming, and all the ladies at the front desk are so kind. it looks like the third time was the charm for me. I had had two other dentists who did a very poor job. That's what I discovered Dr. Murphy through my insurance directory. She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

This morning, I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted that was infected and giving me awful pain. From the start of the day when I called to inquire if Dr. Borgella was available, I was greeted kindly by the awesome staff person who answered the phone. She confirmed my insurance was accepted there, even giving an idea of what I'd pay for an extraction. Upon arriving in at Dr. Borgella’s office in Bronx, she nicely greeted me and proceeded to give me the paperwork to complete as a new patient. This is what was stunning to me, I was seen on time!! I went in, got my cleaning and met the dentist, Dr. Borgella, who was nice, informative, and clear. They told me things I needed done, in addition to the extraction, but did not pressure this as an upsell. Surgery was easy and quick! The only thing that hurt was getting the anesthesia in the roof of my mouth. Ten hours later, I have absolutely no pain, wow! I will be back to Dr. Borgella DDS. Everyone in the office was kind and professional and the prices are right on point.

This weekend my boyfriend cracked a tooth and was in a lot of pain. He also works a lot of overtime, so he really needed to get it fixed right away. Dr. Kalyanaraman came in on a holiday to take care of him! My boyfriend wasn’t even his patient at the time. We will, however, make sure that our family goes to his dental office from now on. He’s wonderful, kind, and compassionate. We are so grateful to have found this practice!
