This morning, I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted that was infected and giving me awful pain. From the start of the day when I called to inquire if Dr. Borgella was available, I was greeted kindly by the awesome staff person who answered the phone. She confirmed my insurance was accepted there, even giving an idea of what I'd pay for an extraction. Upon arriving in at Dr. Borgella’s office in Bronx, she nicely greeted me and proceeded to give me the paperwork to complete as a new patient. This is what was stunning to me, I was seen on time!! I went in, got my cleaning and met the dentist, Dr. Borgella, who was nice, informative, and clear. They told me things I needed done, in addition to the extraction, but did not pressure this as an upsell. Surgery was easy and quick! The only thing that hurt was getting the anesthesia in the roof of my mouth. Ten hours later, I have absolutely no pain, wow! I will be back to Dr. Borgella DDS. Everyone in the office was kind and professional and the prices are right on point.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Dr. Ames treats our family of four including the recent addition of elementary school aged children who previously went to a pediatric dentist. The youngest required her first filling (and shot, yikes!) this week and Dr. Ames and staff at Queens Central Dental distracted her, cheered her up, and, believe it or not, there was not a sighting of even a single tear! They showed her their tools and explained in an age-appropriate way what they would do. They were even patient and answered all her questions. She was kept comfortable and laughed during the visit in spite of arriving at the office right in Jackson Heights. Personally, I've been a patient for over a year and am completely satisfied with the tooth repair I got a couple months back. I appreciate that all transactions are handled by the office staff so any billing inquiries are addressed firsthand, no need to reach out to a third party with any questions.

Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

Like most, I hate the idea of dentists - you name it, it’s just the worst! That all changed today. I just got home from an appointment at C K Galdieri and could not wait to write this. Dr. Galdieri was the most honest, straight-forward and friendly person I've met in a long time. Everything was explained in great detail and they even drew me some pictures to help understand my treatments. I can't say that I'm excited to go back necessarily, but I'm happy to have found a place in Elmwood Park that is responsive and empathetic. I look forward to fixing my teeth with this dental team. Seriously, this is coming from a patient who has avoided the dentist at all costs for WAY too long: GO to C K Galdieri. (That's an order!)

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

Dr. Sandhu is an excellent dentist. She is kind, informative, and truly cares about her patients. She never makes you feel silly for asking questions and never pushes you into unnecessary procedures. The staff is great as well. They are personable and greet you by name. When they referred me to an orthodontist, they gave me all the info I needed and offered to send my patient info over as well. The hygienist I typically see always does a great job on my cleanings. She is very meticulous. The exam rooms and office are clean. It’s a very cozy and relaxing space. The equipment is modern and high-quality. I highly recommend Dr. Sandhu and her team at Queens Dental Care.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I’m no longer afraid of the dentist. This place is affordable too, which is great. They gave me a follow up call and answered all my questions, I can’t thank them enough.

Dr. Isakharov is simply the best! I've been putting off this tooth that needed filling for about 5 years and it finally gave out. Elite Dental got me in the same day and was quite affordable. The staff was friendly and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I couldn't thank them enough!

Dr. Lerner and his staff are incredible. They became my dental practice after I had my wisdom teeth removed here. One day, I came in because I was in a lot of pain. They discovered that I had cavities that needed to be taken care of and that I needed a root canal. I decided to look elsewhere to see if I could find a lower price. However, after searching multiple dental offices, I realized that I would not find anything that compared to Dr. Lerner. I went back for the recommended care and have been very satisfied with the results.

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. My comfort was their top priority, and my teeth look great thanks to them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. Anyone in Rego Park should come to Dr. Thomopoulos!

Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I felt that I had to tell everyone how wonderful Dr. Azbel is. After moving to Rego Park, I needed a new dentist. I turned to online reviews, and I hope that by writing this I’m paying it forward to someone else who needs a dentist. I had a thorough but painless appointment, and I got to listen to music in my headphones as they worked. That was pretty sweet. The appointment felt like it took no time at all. The whole staff is kind, and they clearly love their jobs. The billing staff does a great job working with you to explain the cost of treatment plans. They are great at answering questions, too! A few years ago, my husband and I moved to New York, and that’s when I met Dr. Afridi. As soon as I met him, I knew I could trust him, and finding a trustworthy dentist in a new area is never easy! When I got there, Dr. Cukier was very friendly. I’ve never really taken brushing and flossing seriously, but he helped me understand the importance of it. It was nice to see someone genuinely concerned with my oral health. I was curious about what to do better, and he eagerly provided very helpful advice. I was looking for a dentist closer to work so that I can use my lunch hour or go immediately after work to get the treatments. I found Dr. Kalyanaraman on the internet. He has a great website, and the information provided led me to call the office for an appointment. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they did. Dr. Kalyanaraman is so friendly. He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He allowed me some time to consider the options he presented, and he was supportive of my choice. I really like Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff, and I’m sure you will too.

I had a very positive experience during my first visit at BH Franklin Dental. I don’t necessarily go every year as I should, so I was a bit nervous about going, even if it was just a simple cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice. The process went quickly. They have top-of-the-line X-ray equipment and showed me my X-rays right away. I was glad it was all done at the same place too; I never had to get out of the chair. I appreciate that Dr. Babayev was efficient and friendly. He checked out a couple of spots my hygienist was worried about. He was diligent and knowledgeable. Dr. Babayev was very honest. She didn’t think the possible trouble spots were actually an issue and didn’t try to upsell me for services I didn’t need. Overall, the staff was friendly and kind, and the office was warm and inviting. I had a wonderful experience. Zero complaints! I’d recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Rafya Sandhu at Westbury Smile Center in Westbury, NY is just incredible. The staff she put together makes it feel like home. I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. I’ve been to multiple dental practices. Thanks to bad genetics, I’ve had my fair share of cavities, root canals, and now an infected tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Kaminsky was wonderful throughout the whole process. I initially came here just to get a second opinion and was so impressed that they didn’t even charge me for the X-rays they took so they could see the infected tooth better. Dr. Kaminsky sat with me for at least half an hour, discussing treatment options and prices. I was able to have the infected tooth and my wisdom teeth removed on the same day. I was unbelievably nervous, but I didn’t experience any pain. I’m grateful I didn’t have to be put under. That lowered the cost. Dr. Kaminsky had the best possible bedside manner, which truly is a rare find in dentistry.

Dr. Kaufman makes it fun to go to the dentist. He's incredibly sweet and makes it a point to get to know each of his patients. Before going to Dr. Kaufman's clinic, I went to a small dental office nearby for my regular check-ups. My uncle started to go to Dr. Kaufman and he recommended that I give it a shot as well. Now my entire family goes to Dr. Kaufman! The staff is very kind. They accommodate all your needs and go above and beyond to help you. Plus, I was able to finally get my teeth whitened, and I absolutely love the results. The experience was entirely pain-free and absolutely worthwhile. I had a little bit of anxiety going into it, but I had no reason to be nervous. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman to anyone in the Uniondale, New York area.

My experience with Dr. Rosen was very positive. I had never received a crown before and was anxious. The staff was very understanding and made my experience more positive than I anticipated. I appreciated that Dr. Rosen didn’t try to pressure me into getting additional procedures, as I’ve been “upsold” in the past. Dr. Rosen just does what you need.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

Dr. Grinberg and the assistant are very kind, gentle, and friendly. I recently moved and was worried about finding a new dentist in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn, but this place is great, and I look forward to coming back. I felt very comfortable here, and they treated me like a person rather than just another mouth in their chair. They explain everything thoroughly, including what options you have so that you can make an educated decision when it comes to your dental health. Sebold DDS provided the best dental experience I have ever wanted. I had routine checkups, cleaning, and two implants. Dr. Sebold is a true professional, truly caring about each patient's health. Everyone is so kind to all patients, when you are in the Brooklyn office as much as I have been, it is hard to not observe the dentist with other patients. It is crystal clear that the central goal is patients' health and not financial upsells. I am also impressed with Dr. Sebold's staff; everyone is very considerate and makes every effort to work with you on treatment, scheduling, and payments. I wish more dentists were as professional and caring as Dr. Sebold. Will be back!

I was referred to Dr. Amir by another teacher I work with. I was a little apprehensive about going, but she's been going here for a while and loves it. I was worried about scheduling the appointment around school hours, but they assured me they are good at maintaining their schedule and I would be in and out in one hour or less. No kidding! The staff there was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Amir even fixed a chip in my tooth right then. Perfect! X-rays, cleaning, exam, and a fixed tooth in exactly 58 minutes. Dr. Amir is now my dentist, by the way.

When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. If you need a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Laura Huling finds one of the most fulfilling parts of being a dentist teaching children to have a life-long appreciation for dentistry and oral health. She strives to treat each of her patients with kindness in a welcoming, comfortable environment that puts them at ease and diminishes any fears and phobias they might have. Dr Frank Perry was highly recommended by a good friend, and from evaluation to recommendations and cleaning, I was very pleased with the whole experience. The entire staff was professional and extremely friendly. With all their services, I am definitely satisfied and will continue to be a regular patient for as long as I live in Medford.
