Dr. Khalil at Albert A. Khalil DDS gave me the best customer service ever! He saw me as a walk-in patient with no appointment. The last dentist who did my crown did a horrible job, so he took his time to remove all the cement, plastic, and gauze that the last dentist put in my mouth. He wouldn’t even let me pay for the services, buy his staff lunch, or accept my gift card. It’s dentists like Dr. Khalil that make me believe good people are still around. The hygienist was so incredibly thorough and sweet. Dr. Sebold made some suggestions outside of regular treatment, but it didn’t feel like an upsell, only alternative suggestions. This weekend my boyfriend cracked a tooth and was in a lot of pain. He also works a lot of overtime, so he really needed to get it fixed right away. I hadn’t seen a dentist in Hamilton in over 8 years and was absolutely dreading going. But I was really surprised by my time here. I got to watch my favorite HGTV show the whole time and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Thind helped me thoroughly understand how she was going to approach all the work I needed to get done and helped me understand the fees under the plan. The dental assistant helped me get rid of my fear of the dentist. The whole staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars!

Dr. Goyal and her staff are great! I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while now, and I”m so glad I found Hamilton Smiles. The last place a friend referred to me did not do a great job, I left that place still in pain. They also always claimed there was nothing wrong with my teeth. A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. Dr. Isakharov and the staff are amazing! What an excellent experience for my routine cleaning, and when I returned to get my cavities filled, they remembered me and asked about my job. I’ve never had good experiences with fillings before because my cavities show up small on X-rays, but the tooth will turn out to be nearly all decayed. Dr. Isakharov listened to my concerns and when the cavities were much larger than they'd initially appeared, took the time to discuss options for my future oral care. I am so excited to report that I have found my regular dentist. I absolutely love Dr. Lerner's office. Everyone on staff is so sweet! Typically, when I would go to the dentist, I would experience pain from all the poking and prodding and would end up with a massive bill for fillings or crowns. However, Dr. Lerner is different. I got an implant, and it was done in just 10 minutes. I felt no pain whatsoever. That was an absolute first for me. I have never had a painless dental visit in my life. The hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing. She had such a great personality--making me laugh and easing my anxiety. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I had such a great time at my first appointment with Shay Dental. My check-up and cleaning were with Dr. Shay. I appreciated the time he took to explain the situation with my teeth and gums; he was helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Shay also took time to explain and give advice on how to approach future dental procedures. The appointment really went smoothly. Finding out I had cavities was really the only bad part of the appointment. But these should be filled up with future appointments. The staff is really helpful and welcoming, and the office here in New York is clean and very nice.

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. My wisdom tooth cracked late one night, but by 7:30 the next morning, I was in Dr. Mangiaracina’s office receiving treatment. I had reached out to them as soon as my tooth cracked and they promptly followed-up as soon as the got to the office. Dr. Mangiaracina is extremely skilled and meticulous. I normally experience some pain when the novocaine wears off, but this time, I didn’t even need to take a pain reliever. It was truly the best dental work I’ve experienced. Everything from the novocaine injection to the casting of the crown was done expertly.

But when I finally went I went to see Dr. Kucher because I heard he did awesome implants, which was something I thought I needed. He and his staff were very gentle. They went through everything with me and he gave me a pamphlet that explained everything. I decided to make an appointment because of how kind they all were when I just walked in. His top priority was making sure I was comfortable and that I was in zero pain. It went by really quickly and the implants look wonderful. I feel very confident in my smile now. I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Richard Kaufman! My brother is handicapped and has diabetes, so he requires extra care. It is very important that he has a gentle and compassionate dentist who is willing to work with him. Dr. Kaufman is that dentist for us. He is very willing to listen to all of our concerns and does a great job on my brother's dental care. Dr. Kaufman did a great job monitoring my brother's healing process. So far he is healing very well, and there have not been any additional complication. Personally, I've been to seven different dentists in the past 20 years. One of my previous dentists suggested that I have all my teeth pulled and just get dentures. Dr. Kaufman said this was absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Kaufman specializes in implants, so he helps me devise a treatment plan that was a whole lot less drastic. I am highly satisfied with his work and Incredibly grateful that I have found such a wonderful dentist and friend. If you need dental treatment of any kind and live in the Uniondale, New York area, please do your teeth a favor and give Dr. Kaufman a call.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Yakobashvili and now I’ve been to only him for three years. Everyone who works here, and them, are kind and caring. I usually hate going to the dentist, but I don’t mind it now. Dr. Yakobashvili recently filled a cavity for me and it went great. They listened to my concerns when I told them that the numbing shot doesn’t work that well on me and that they would need to give the most they possibly could. I’m so glad I didn’t feel a thing. They gave me a blanket because I was cold, which I was very thankful for and nitrous oxide since it was my first time getting a cavity filled. I don’t know which helped more, the nitrous oxide or the deep breaths, but I left feeling very satisfied. I’m probably paying more than what I could be at some other place, but you really do get quality service here. Going cheap in the past didn’t work out for me.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. Dr. Sandhu and her staff at the Westbury Smile Center are fantastic. I went in for a routine cleaning and exam. She was thorough, polite, gentle, etc.--everything that you expect from a great dentist. She took her time explaining what treatments I needed and the reasons why I needed them. The prices at Westbury Smile Center were very reasonable as well. I really liked the fact that this wasn’t a crowded office where they keep you waiting long after your appointment time. Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

This morning, I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted that was infected and giving me awful pain. From the start of the day when I called to inquire if Dr. Borgella was available, I was greeted kindly by the awesome staff person who answered the phone. She confirmed my insurance was accepted there, even giving an idea of what I'd pay for an extraction. Upon arriving in at Dr. Borgella’s office in Bronx, she nicely greeted me and proceeded to give me the paperwork to complete as a new patient. This is what was stunning to me, I was seen on time!! I went in, got my cleaning and met the dentist, Dr. Borgella, who was nice, informative, and clear. They told me things I needed done, in addition to the extraction, but did not pressure this as an upsell. Surgery was easy and quick! The only thing that hurt was getting the anesthesia in the roof of my mouth. Ten hours later, I have absolutely no pain, wow! I will be back to Dr. Borgella DDS. Everyone in the office was kind and professional and the prices are right on point.
