it looks like the third time was the charm for me. I had had two other dentists who did a very poor job. That's what I discovered Dr. Murphy through my insurance directory. She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

My family has been going to Dr. Borgella for the past three years since moving to the Bronx area. My daughter and son in law convinced us to go to Dr. Borgella as they felt they were the best dentist ever. So glad we listened to them, and headed over to Reginald Borgella DDS. Best front staff, hygienists are gentle but very thorough and the absolute best team for all dental work. We were with no wait and I find I do not dread spending time in the dentist chair, weird! Sounds too good to be true, but I assure you they are great!

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Yakobashvili and now I’ve been to only him for three years. Everyone who works here, and them, are kind and caring. I usually hate going to the dentist, but I don’t mind it now. Dr. Yakobashvili recently filled a cavity for me and it went great. They listened to my concerns when I told them that the numbing shot doesn’t work that well on me and that they would need to give the most they possibly could. I’m so glad I didn’t feel a thing. They gave me a blanket because I was cold, which I was very thankful for and nitrous oxide since it was my first time getting a cavity filled. I don’t know which helped more, the nitrous oxide or the deep breaths, but I left feeling very satisfied. I’m probably paying more than what I could be at some other place, but you really do get quality service here. Going cheap in the past didn’t work out for me.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

My family has been going to Dr. Kucher for five years now and they always provide great dental service in Livingston, NJ. The dental hygienist always cleans our teeth thoroughly and are very nice. I have to give a special shoutout to the receptionist, she’s the best! Whenever we have dental emergencies we’re able to get in within a couple of hours. This place is awesome.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. Dr. Shay and his assistants were so thorough throughout my procedure. He has great communication skills and informs you before starting any procedure; he even gives you the good and the bad of the procedures so that you can make decisions for yourself. I will definitely schedule another appointment with him! Shay Dental is the best that New York has to offer!

I have been going to Armstrong Dental Studio for a long time. They are great about remembering me and never have forgotten my name. The staff is so sweet and extremely detailed, even with my sensitivities. I live in Cleveland now and still see them when I'm visiting my parents in New York because they are THAT amazing. Dr. Lerner is the best dentist I could ever ask for! Initially, I went to Dr. Lerner for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Using local anesthesia, he removed two of my wisdom teeth while I was still awake. He also let me request the music I listened to during the procedure. I chose some rock music that he also enjoyed! I didn't have any pain during or after the surgery. I didn't even need to take any pain medication! I did take one over-the-counter pain killer after the procedure, just in case, but I didn't have any swelling or complications. I was even able to go back to my regular eating habits within 24 hours of the surgery. Dr. Lerner is an absolute genius when it comes to dentistry. His staff is equally as awesome. The receptionist welcomes patients in a way that makes them feel important. The prices were very fair, especially given the exceptional performance. Thank you Dr. Lerner and team for the best possible wisdom tooth extraction experience I could have asked for.

Initially, I had no idea where the office was because I'm new to the Jackson Heights area. So, I had to call back a few times to get directions. The Queens Central Dental staff was so patient with me, helping guide me to the office. I filled out a few papers, and was taken back almost immediately. When I was taken back, I was greeted by friendly and very caring staff that were very gentle while taking my x-rays. They thoroughly explained everything was going to happen during the check-up, and I sat for only a few minutes before Dr. Ames came in to give me my exam. They too were very friendly, caring, and informed. They explained to me about what was going on with my teeth. I didn't have to ask a think, which was great. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I have had the same dentist my entire life, but after marrying a Marine and moving away from home, I could no longer see my favorite; Dr. Ames thus had big shoes to fill, but I must say... so far, he's knocking it out of the park! When leaving, they gave me a bag, a tumbler cup, a nail file, and... A FLOWER! I couldn’t believe it! It's the little things in life that count! Queens Central Dental truly cares about their patients, which shows in their thoughtful attitudes and actions. So, if you're looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. They don’t always require appointments, and you don’t have to wait long when you’re here. I recommend it to all searching for a good dentist in Maspeth, NY. Can't go wrong here.

Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I had the worst toothache a few weeks ago. I found Elite Dental via a quick Google search. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Talk about super helpful!! After completing my antibiotics, Dr. Isakharov did my root canal. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It went very well and I'm going back to finish the rest of my work. The office is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Dr. Isakharov was gentle, didn’t rush anything, and told me what to expect about the recovery process. Honestly, everyone there gave me a superior service.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

I initially came to Dr. Azbel for Invisalign treatments. I also required some additional cosmetic work. I’d gone to my previous dentist since I was a kid, so I was a little nervous to switch practices. However, the experience at Lucky Dental was the best I could have hoped for. It was painless, which was a pleasant surprise because I am used to be having to have gas prior to anesthesia in order for me to be comfortable. Dr. Azbel was very efficient and meticulous. I appreciated being told exactly what was happening. I even brought my 5-year-old for an appointment; he loved it. I’m happy to recommend Dr. Azbel to all my friends. I know they will be in capable and skilled hands!

Dr. Cukier is wonderful. I’ve been a patient for some time now and have the utmost faith in him. My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

Today, Dr. Afridi did my root canal, and he was extremely detailed, friendly, and gentle. I had some issues numbing up, but he took his time to make sure I was comfortable. He said we were a team working towards the same outcome, and everything went well. The office staff and dental assistant were amazing, too. When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. I've been a patient of Dr. Sebold for several years. They treat me as a new valued patient every time I go back. At Dr. Sebold’s office there is never recrimination, no tsk-tsk or making me feel bad for long distances between visits, just a pleasant, professional dental experience. The doctors have recommended treatment plans for complex surgeries, and understand my need to spread the work out to take maximum advantage of my insurance. The Brooklyn office staff will do everything possible to maximize insurance benefits, which is a huge plus for me. I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. I was referred to Dr. Amir by another teacher I work with. I was a little apprehensive about going, but she's been going here for a while and loves it. I was worried about scheduling the appointment around school hours, but they assured me they are good at maintaining their schedule and I would be in and out in one hour or less. No kidding! The staff there was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Amir even fixed a chip in my tooth right then. Perfect! X-rays, cleaning, exam, and a fixed tooth in exactly 58 minutes. This was the first time I have come into Dr. Rafya Sandhu’s office in Westbury, NY. I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. I've been going to the same dentist for as long as I can remember, but it was time for a change because my previous dentist started to only care about money and not the patient. After searching online, I found Dr. Richard Kaufman. I loved the reviews that he received, so I made my appointment and was beyond impressed with how well the receptionist handled my new patient info over the phone. At my appointment, I felt very comfortable talking about my dental history as well as my concerns. The hygienist took x-rays and then Dr. Kaufman came in to meet with me and discuss what he saw. I was relieved when he told me I had nothing to worry about. I just needed a routine cleaning. Dr. Kaufman and his staff are incredibly inviting. I highly recommend this to anyone who is in the Uniondale, New York area. You will love Dr. Kaufman!

I had trouble finding a dentist for the longest time, but after reading several reviews online, I was able to find a dentist that met my needs and expectations. My experiences have been exactly on par with the 5-star reviews: great service, incredible staff, and comfortable environment. The office staff along with Dr. Rosen have done an excellent job in creating a positive and calm experience; I do not think that I have come across a staff member that has not been helpful, joyful, or comfortable to be around. There might be other less expensive practices out there, but you get what you pay for. Dr. Rosen offers fair prices and quality work.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

Can the dentist actually be fun? Yes! Go to Dr. Mangiaracina, and you’ll see. When I go here, my teeth are cleaned with such great care. The staff is both friendly and helpful. Plus, Dr. Mangiaracina is reasonable; she doesn’t try to pressure you to get unnecessary services. She is very honest about all your options. I’ve already recommended that my friends and family switch to Dr. Mangiaracina.

Dr. Reznik and Big Apple Dental had been our dentist in Wyandanch, NY for a long time, so we trusted him. Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!
