I had terrible tooth pain, and my left cheek swelled up. It was seriously the size of a softball. I’ve had bad past experiences, so it took a lot of pain for me to be willing to do in. I found Grand Smile Dentist by searching the yellow pages. Everything about the appointment was smooth from the start. Dr. Panev told me that I had a severe infection in my tooth that went all the way down to the gum. I had already had a root canal done by my previous dentist. I didn’t want to go through that ordeal with the same tooth, so I decided to have it removed. I assumed an implant would be cheaper in the long run. Dr. Panev helped me relax during the whole appointment. I told him I was pretty afraid of dentists, so he trod very lightly. He gave me frequent updates throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable. I don’t have dental phobia anymore, and Dr. Panev had gained a new regular patient.

I continue to be amazed by Dr. Lerner and his staff. They go the extra mile to tend to their patients’ needs. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about my experiences at this clinic. Dr. Lerner even repaired some old dental work from a previous dentist simply because he knew it would help make me a bit more comfortable. I cannot think him and his staff enough. P.S. Dr. Lerner is incredibly gentle. Being in his dental chair was the first time I’ve ever been able to relax during a procedure.

Each and every time I come here to Shay Dental I am blown away. They are by far my favorite dental office in New York. I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. In my opinion, most dental offices aren’t worth 5 stars, but Queens Dental Care is the best in Jackson Heights. Convenient location and clean, cozy office are a plus. The staff is personable, and they never keep you waiting more than 10 minutes. Compared to other dental practices, that’s very punctual. I was able to get an appointment a few days from when I called. Dr. Sanhu and her assistant are informative. They helped make the experience as comfortable as could be. I’m thrilled to have found my family dentist. I’ll be back in 6 months for a checkup and cleaning.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I appreciated her trustworthy nature, as she was very honest about what would and would not work for me. I wanted lumineers. Other dentists had told me I would be satisfied with only four lumineers, but Dr. Babayev disagreed. She said it wouldn’t be enough, and I likely dislike the results. I followed her advice and got the Lumineers. She was right. It was the best decision I could have made. I cannot tell you how much I love my teeth and how natural they look and feel. C K Galdieri has an amazingly friendly staff. Clean and well organized just begin to describe office. Dr. Galdieri did my exam and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They gave me the REAL truth about my dental health. I'm glad I didn't believe those other frauds in Elmwood Park who claimed I needed $15k worth of work. Dr. Galdieri said I didn't need any of the things that those others said I would need – no upsells, straight forward and incredible service.

My wisdom tooth cracked late one night, but by 7:30 the next morning, I was in Dr. Mangiaracina’s office receiving treatment. I had reached out to them as soon as my tooth cracked and they promptly followed-up as soon as the got to the office. Dr. Mangiaracina is extremely skilled and meticulous. I normally experience some pain when the novocaine wears off, but this time, I didn’t even need to take a pain reliever. It was truly the best dental work I’ve experienced. Everything from the novocaine injection to the casting of the crown was done expertly.

I was wowed by the level of respect I received from Dr. Kaminsky. Neither he nor his staff tried to pressure me into getting expensive treatments. They discussed necessary concerns, namely my wisdom teeth and what the process would be like to eventually have them removed. They were very thorough and cared about my comfort. They also have all the latest technology. After having such a wonderful experience, I booked another cleaning. Asides from my wisdom teeth, I got an A+ for my oral health. I highly recommended Dr. Kaminsky Edit - 7/18/17: I chipped my tooth, and it was digging into my cheek. I was scheduled to leave town the next morning. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in and fix it. I had an X-ray. They cleaned up the sharp edge, and I was ready for my trip. They didn’t even charge me! I love the quick, friendly treatment. They are really concerned with long-term client relationships. Great!

Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!
