I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. Dr. Cosentino is awesome. I left his office feeling happy, and I usually hate the dentist and am never a good patient, especially when I have a toothache. But my time at Dr. Cosentino was the best experience I’ve ever had. Much better than my old dentist in Corona, NY. Everyone here was kind, nice, and very honest with what I needed. I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. I found a dentist's office with which I am delighted. Dr. Rafya Sandhu is brilliant, friendly, skilled, and an absolute professional. She also treats the rest of her staff so well that everyone genuinely likes working there. The office is so modern and clean, with very competitive prices. Unlike other practices that try to push you into unnecessary work, this place is not one of those. They are incredibly punctual at Westbury Smile Center; they were able to get through with my cleaning and touched up an issue with bonding from a previous dentist that worked on my molar. They then polished them up and even smoothed out a chipped tooth. My wife is even switching to Dr. Sandhu, as Dr. Sandhu is much better than her current dentist.

This is an incredibly busy dental office that’s always packed with patients. Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff work so hard to accommodate everyone’s needs--I guess you just can’t please everyone. I have a fear of dentist offices and anything relating to dentistry. I have avoided dental work I've needed done for years. This morning, I needed to have a wisdom tooth extracted that was infected and giving me awful pain. From the start of the day when I called to inquire if Dr. Borgella was available, I was greeted kindly by the awesome staff person who answered the phone. She confirmed my insurance was accepted there, even giving an idea of what I'd pay for an extraction. Upon arriving in at Dr. Borgella’s office in Bronx, she nicely greeted me and proceeded to give me the paperwork to complete as a new patient. This is what was stunning to me, I was seen on time!! I went in, got my cleaning and met the dentist, Dr. Borgella, who was nice, informative, and clear. They told me things I needed done, in addition to the extraction, but did not pressure this as an upsell. Surgery was easy and quick! The only thing that hurt was getting the anesthesia in the roof of my mouth. Ten hours later, I have absolutely no pain, wow! I will be back to Dr. Borgella DDS. Everyone in the office was kind and professional and the prices are right on point.

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

C K Galdieri replaced one of my teeth with an implant and did a great job. These implants are typically designed to last a lifetime and they treated the entire process as though he were replacing the tooth of their own local Elmwood Park family member. Not too long ago, I needed all of my wisdom teeth pulled out, so I was pretty anxious. But Dr. Khalil made everything go much better than anticipated! He made sure I was relaxed before he began and told me what he was doing step by step. He extracted all four teeth in record time and ensured that I experienced no pain. Afterwards, he called me to follow up and remind me of my aftercare. A few days later, he called me again to ask how I was doing. I was truly amazed! He treated me more like a friend, not just another patient! The front office staff was very considerate and warm. I have a hectic work schedule, so I always need to schedule my cleanings at the last minute or switch my appointment time, which they’ve had no problem with at all.
