I highly recommend Dr. Lerner's office. I have gone here for both regular teeth cleanings and fillings. I haven’t felt pain during any of my appointments. Previously, I had multiple bad experiences going to other New York dentists, but Dr. Lerner and his staff were so kind and so comforting that I was no longer apprehensive of my regular dental care. I’ll be going back to this practice for years to come.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I’m a former hygienist at Shay Dental, and I often found it strange that people would fly in to New York just to be treated by us. Now that I’ve moved away, I see that Dr. Shay’s talent and care are unmatched. I travel back myself for treatment, and I’m grateful that they always keep me smiling.

Dr. Panev and his staff are wonderful. They are extremely accommodating and personable, which makes for a very pleasant dental experience. I needed a filling repaired. I hate getting dental work done, but Dr. Panev both listens to his patients and eases their dental anxiety. The whole procedure was efficient and pain-free. It’s not easy finding a dentist in Brooklyn, New York. Sure, there are a lot of them, but finding a good one can be hard. I’ve found my go-to dentist and couldn’t be happier.

He has a great website, and the information provided led me to call the office for an appointment. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they did. Dr. Kalyanaraman is so friendly. He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He allowed me some time to consider the options he presented, and he was supportive of my choice. I really like Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff, and I’m sure you will too.

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. I am thrilled to have become a new patient of Dr. Cukier. The Glendale Dental office is tidy and cozy. However, moving on the important things, Dr. Cukier spends a considerable amount of time reviewing my previous x-rays and offering a second opinion. Being nearly 60, I needed some work done, but I wanted an honest opinion. The other dentist in the Glendale area that I’d seen before said it was imperative that I get a tremendous amount of work done as soon as possible. However, Dr. Cukier said the x-rays show this work doesn’t need to be rushed. It can happen over time, and I’ll be fine. The rest of my family will be switching to this office too. I cannot recommend Dr. Cukier enough. If you’re seeking a true professional, look no further. I found him thanks to some online reviews, and I couldn’t be happier.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

Dr. Wert is a great dentist in Washington Heights, NY. Everyone here, from the receptionist to the hygienist, is kind and easy to talk to. My appointment went longer than expected, but I didn’t mind because it gave me time to meet the staff and understand what they do in the office thoroughly. Dr. Wert listened to my questions and concerns, and he answered them thoroughly. He has a relaxed attitude, which I loved. The office is brand-new and has the latest and greatest in technology. You get to see your x-rays right way on a flat screen monitor from the dental chair. Dr. Wert spoke to me honestly and told me I need to floss more, which is something I already knew. The hygienist was also great, and I just had overall wonderful service. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I've always found Dr. Amir to be very kind and quick to answer my questions. I'm very happy with the work that Dr. Amir has done for me. When I had horrible tooth pain and contacted the office, I was given a same-day appointment. I would recommend Dr. Amir to anyone in Brooklyn looking for a dentist.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I can honestly say I love Dr. Borgella DDS! I have been seeing Dr. Borgella for 3 years and have referred friends and neighbors - really anyone who has asked in the Bronx area. They treat everyone as though we are family and they even had a baby shower for me when we adopted our daughter. My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. I can't recommend Dr. Galdieri enough. They are such an incredible talent who is capable, professional and takes pride in all procedures. C K Galdieri replaced one of my teeth with an implant and did a great job. These implants are typically designed to last a lifetime and they treated the entire process as though he were replacing the tooth of their own local Elmwood Park family member. Dr. Galdieri and the entire C K Galdieri staff are awesome!

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

Dr. Sandhu is a very skilled and reasonable dentist. I went to her for Invisalign, and she did great work. I appreciated that she was fully devoted to her patients’ needs. She makes sure everything goes smoothly during treatments and even checks up on her patients after more complicated procedures, including checking on my after my Invisalign trays have been delivered. I’m very impressed with both the care and the location. The Westbury, NY location and parking are very convenient.

I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist until I found them! I was in a lot of pain and needed an emergency root canal. They walked me through the procedure, and my first root canal was pain free! I actually almost fell asleep during the procedure!

I’ve been to multiple dental practices. Thanks to bad genetics, I’ve had my fair share of cavities, root canals, and now an infected tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Kaminsky was wonderful throughout the whole process. I initially came here just to get a second opinion and was so impressed that they didn’t even charge me for the X-rays they took so they could see the infected tooth better. Dr. Kaminsky sat with me for at least half an hour, discussing treatment options and prices. I was able to have the infected tooth and my wisdom teeth removed on the same day. I was unbelievably nervous, but I didn’t experience any pain. I’m grateful I didn’t have to be put under. That lowered the cost. Dr. Kaminsky had the best possible bedside manner, which truly is a rare find in dentistry.

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

Dr. Khetani is an amazing dentist! I’d been thinking about switching my dentist for a few months and finally did it!
