But when I finally went I went to see Dr. Kucher because I heard he did awesome implants, which was something I thought I needed. He and his staff were very gentle. They went through everything with me and he gave me a pamphlet that explained everything. I decided to make an appointment because of how kind they all were when I just walked in. His top priority was making sure I was comfortable and that I was in zero pain. It went by really quickly and the implants look wonderful. I feel very confident in my smile now. I would recommend this place to anyone in Livingston, NJ.

The wait time is never long here, and they use the newest and greatest dental technology. Just went to Dr. Borgella’s office after several years of not going regularly to get a checkup or cleaning. Dr. Borgella and the hygienist were professional and went above and beyond explaining the procedures. They did a great job developing my surgery plan and even did it the same day! So long as I live in Bronx, I will definitely be back for any future dental work.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

My aunt referred me to Dr. Lerner’s practice. I'd been in pain for over a month, so it was a relief to learn that they could schedule me for an appointment the very next day. When I arrived, the staff greeted me very pleasantly. I barely waited 5 minutes before being taken back to get worked on; however, they apologized profusely for being “late.” After getting x-rays taken, I met Dr. Lerner, who was very understanding of my dental anxiety. He kept me very comfortable during the exam. I went back the following week for a root canal, which was painless. Although Dr. Lerner said that it was possible I would have pain the next day, I didn't feel a thing. I will be going in for another appointment later this week, and surprisingly, I’m not anxious. That’s a first. I have since referred multiple friends to Dr. Lerner's office. It's only fair to tell others about the great customer service.

There was almost no discomfort through the procedure, and though it felt a bit tight at first, it’s settled in and I don’t even notice it now. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. I get really nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, so I have put it off for multiple years. During previous regular check-ups, my dentist would use topical anesthesia to numb my gums so that I wouldn't feel anything. At my first appointment with Dr. Azbel, I let the staff know about my extreme fear of dentists, even during a simple cleaning. They made me feel very comfortable and secure. I normally would have opted for some music or a show as a distraction, but I didn't need to. I didn't even need the numbing. I was very impressed with how professional the staff is. They certainly know their stuff. I'm so grateful to have found such a capable dentist. I will be a regular patient. My teeth have never looked as good as they do after going to Lucky Dental.

The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. He also takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with each procedure so that you feel at ease. He answers all your questions. I appreciate that he truly cares. He doesn’t just pop in to say hello and then leave. More than that, his staff is friendly and also treats you like you’ve been a lifelong patient even if it’s your first visit.
