At Dr. Sebold’s office there is never recrimination, no tsk-tsk or making me feel bad for long distances between visits, just a pleasant, professional dental experience. Dr. Amir is heaven sent! I called around and got ridiculous prices on consultation fees, then I found Dr. Amir! During my first appointment, Dr. Amir explained each procedure I could get done for my chipped teeth. I felt it was explained honestly and thoroughly about bonding, veneers, and porcelain crowns. And the cost was much less than I’d been quoted at other places. I cannot explain how grateful I am to have met this dentist! For sure the best in the Brooklyn area!

I’d been struggling with a very painful infected tooth for multiple days. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Cukier. I called the office earlier that morning and was able to be seen in less than an hour. The staff was polite, kind, and professional. They did an X-ray and consulted with me, showing me my X-rays and how the infection had spread. Dr. Cukier prescribed an antibiotic and painkiller. He sent me home to rest, and I went back a week later to have the tooth worked on. Dr. Cukier had a wonderful attitude. He was so friendly and professional. I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Azbel to work on my teeth for almost a year. I should have written this review sooner. I decided to switch dentists because I wasn’t satisfied with my previous one. That’s when I switched to Lucky Dental. The receptionist was very welcoming and made me feel like a valued patient. Unluckily for me, I had a lot of cavities, so I had to come back for additional visits, which means I’ve gotten to know Dr. Azbel and his staff quite well. Pros - The staff is incredible. They are all very nice and love their jobs. You never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I’m usually called back right away. I don’t even need to sit down. They let you watch a movie while you get work done, which makes things go by faster. They are very efficient as is, but I love that you can watch a movie. It almost makes you forget you’re having dental work done. The parking is okay too. I highly recommend Dr. Azbel of Lucky Dental.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. As a mom, it’s a bit embarrassing to get braces, but they explained everything in a very detailed manner and graciously accommodated me when I needed to cancel or reschedule appointments. My aunt referred me to Dr. Lerner’s practice. I'd been in pain for over a month, so it was a relief to learn that they could schedule me for an appointment the very next day. When I arrived, the staff greeted me very pleasantly. I barely waited 5 minutes before being taken back to get worked on; however, they apologized profusely for being “late.” After getting x-rays taken, I met Dr. Lerner, who was very understanding of my dental anxiety. He kept me very comfortable during the exam. I went back the following week for a root canal, which was painless. Although Dr. Lerner said that it was possible I would have pain the next day, I didn't feel a thing. I will be going in for another appointment later this week, and surprisingly, I’m not anxious. That’s a first. I have since referred multiple friends to Dr. Lerner's office. It's only fair to tell others about the great customer service.

I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

They have been a huge help in paying for our dental procedures. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist and I tell all my friends and family to use Shay Dental. The studio is well-kept and up-to-date, the workers are friendly and welcoming, and the work itself is perfect.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental for 2 years. I’ve needed frequent dental work, and Dr. Babayev and her family are one in a million. The patient care is impeccable, and they always go above and beyond. Obviously, root canals aren’t fun, but after having had multiple, I can honestly say that Dr. Babayev does it the best.

The receptionist/bookkeeper always helps me navigate my insurance and what I owe as well as scheduling appointments. All the great reviews are true. Though I did wait a little bit, I’ve had to wait longer at other places, and I guarantee they only made me wait because patients weren’t coming in on time, which will push back all the other appointments after it. Or maybe Dr. Afridi was tending to an emergency and wanted to make sure his patient was being taken care of. I would happily wait a long time if needed just to get the high level of service and dental care this place has to offer, knowing that once I get in the dental chair, they won’t rush me out to keep on schedule. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

Dr. Borgella’s office environment is very lively and nice. The people seem to enjoy their work and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Dr Reginald Borgella was very nice, gentle, and knowledgeable. The hygienist was excellent and checked for things that my prior dentist did not check for gingivitis and other gum diseases. The office was very clean and modern with all the latest gadgets. They were able to do everything on site. After my recommendation, the whole Church plans to come to this Bronx office because they really care about their patients - God bless them!

Dr. Richard Kaufman is one of the nicest dentists there is. He has a great practice in Uniondale, New York. I appreciate that he explains exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. He patiently answers all your questions and concerns. I find Dr. Kaufman to be very gentle and approachable; he puts my nerves at ease. Parking is very convenient. Even if you're coming from out of town, his service is worth the trip!

This was the first time I have come into Dr. Rafya Sandhu’s office in Westbury, NY. I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. During my cleaning, the dentist and dental hygienist seemed to have a great working relationship; they were joking the entire time and kept me engaged. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I wasn’t in love with my old dentist, so I was thinking of switching anyway. I had just had it when they canceled my cleaning appointment for a second time because there was an issue on their end. But thank you to everyone on Doctors Network who recommended I see Dr. Khalil! I called their office yesterday and asked if I could get an appointment rather quickly. They got me in the same day to do xrays and an exam. I did have to go back today for my cleaning, but the fact that they could get me in so quickly speaks volumes about this practice! Dr. Khalil was very detailed with my exam and spent a considerable amount of time looking over my xrays. He said that while I had no cavities (yay!), I did need a deep cleaning (boo!). Albert A. Khalil DDS is a super clean and beautiful office that’s pretty close to where I work in South River. Welcoming staff. It doesn’t get any better than this at the dentist!

Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!
