I owe a huge debt of gratitude to Dr. Rafya Sandhu and the staff at Westbury Smile Center. Making an appointment was easy. Dr. Sandhu genuinely listens to her clients’ concerns, making her one of the kindest dentists in New York. She recommends treatments but is never pushy. The prices are comparable to or better than other local dentists, and they work well with a variety of insurance companies. The hygienist is very kind and helpful. I’ll be returning for years to come.

This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. Dr. Kaufman makes it fun to go to the dentist. He's incredibly sweet and makes it a point to get to know each of his patients. Before going to Dr. Kaufman's clinic, I went to a small dental office nearby for my regular check-ups. My uncle started to go to Dr. Kaufman and he recommended that I give it a shot as well. Now my entire family goes to Dr. Kaufman! The staff is very kind. They accommodate all your needs and go above and beyond to help you. Plus, I was able to finally get my teeth whitened, and I absolutely love the results. The experience was entirely pain-free and absolutely worthwhile. Dr. Stuart Kaminsky is a fantastic dentist and an absolutely wonderful person. He doesn’t pressure you to pay for services you don’t really need, and his prices are fair. He also takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with each procedure so that you feel at ease. He answers all your questions. I appreciate that he truly cares. He doesn’t just pop in to say hello and then leave. More than that, his staff is friendly and also treats you like you’ve been a lifelong patient even if it’s your first visit. I’ll always recommend Dr. Kaminsky to anyone in the Syosset area looking for a quality and honest dentist.

Getting a filling was easier than getting a tattoo, which is something I couldn’t believe. The dentist and the dental assistants were gentle. My comfort was their top priority. They go things done fast, clean, and I had zero pain during the whole thing. I love this place, and look forward to having them as my forever dentist in Corona, Queens.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

It's easy to schedule an appointment and I feel Dr. Isakharov cares about my dental health and isn't trying to push unnecessary services or procedures on me unlike other dentists in New York. What more can I say about Dr. Mangiaracina? I’m not a patient of hers, but I have become acquainted with her through multiple seminars and CE courses. I admire her professionalism and commitment to the field of dentistry. She willingly gives advice, and I strive to match her passion and caring bedside manner.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Azbel to work on my teeth for almost a year. I should have written this review sooner. I decided to switch dentists because I wasn’t satisfied with my previous one. That’s when I switched to Lucky Dental. The receptionist was very welcoming and made me feel like a valued patient. Unluckily for me, I had a lot of cavities, so I had to come back for additional visits, which means I’ve gotten to know Dr. Azbel and his staff quite well. Pros - The staff is incredible. They are all very nice and love their jobs. You never have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. I’m usually called back right away. I don’t even need to sit down. They let you watch a movie while you get work done, which makes things go by faster. They are very efficient as is, but I love that you can watch a movie. It almost makes you forget you’re having dental work done. The parking is okay too. I highly recommend Dr. Azbel of Lucky Dental.

I've been going to another dentist for YEARS prior to making this switch and I must say, that the old dentist was losing his touch. Just a cleaning, in and out in fewer than 20 minutes… my teeth still did not feel too clean. My mom told me to go to Queens Central Dental in Jackson Heights and see Dr. Ames. Upon meeting them, they were all personable and funny, making going to the dentist quite enjoyable. End of the day they were thorough and efficient. They are now working with me for my braces and orthodontic care. My chompers are looking fly.

I strongly recommend this dental clinic in Cedarhurst, NY. The staff here at every level are so detail-oriented, kind, and punctual. I was so shocked at how friendly everyone is, the hygienist was so thorough, and Dr. Rosen took his time during the exam to show me my places with issues. They didn’t let me wait very long in the lobby, and even though I was in and out very quickly, I didn’t feel rushed. Everyone in their support staff is terrific. The environment is so pleasant, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. The office is impeccably clean and inviting, and the exam rooms seem to be top of the line with the latest equipment. They got me in on the next day and completed all the work that needed to be done such as cleaning, x-rays, and a few fillings.

Dr. Borgella is one of the NICEST, most friendly dentists in Bronx . Dr. Borgella has an exceptional staff and awesome dental assistants too, they are so sweet and fun! I easily forget that I'm in the dentist chair with all the jokes in the air. Dr. Borgella takes the time to talk to you and gets to know all of the patients equally. More than being an exceptional dentist, Dr. Borgella was even voted with positive ratings across review platforms! I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.

I’m very happy with the dental service I got today. They provide quality work, and everyone there is very kind. My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. I had a dental emergency and when I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was surprised I was able to get into the chair that fast when I hadn’t made an appointment in advance. I will be moving to soon, but I’m thinking about making them my permanent dentist and making the long drive. I have a cleaning coming up and I’m very excited for it.

I had tried 2 other clinics, but I just didn’t feel confident in the skills of the staff. A friend of mine recommended Shay Dental. Seriously, I could have skipped reading all of the reviews because Dr. Shay was just amazing. I was so happy that he repaired my implant correctly the first time. His skills are top-notch. I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. After over two decades in New York, I finally found a dentist I actually like. Dr. Lerner’s office is cozy and inviting. Unlike other dentists, he is efficient yet still devotes a great deal of time to his patients. I appreciate that he is honest, telling you exactly what you need without trying to upsell you on something that isn't actually necessary. Unfortunately, many other local dentists do this. I had a chipped tooth, which he fixed at a very affordable rate. Although his office is a bit of a drive for me, I am happy to travel knowing that I get such good care. I had done a lot of research prior to coming to his clinic, and none of the other dentists I interacted with were as kind. I can't say that I want to go back very soon because I don't necessarily like visiting the dentist, but when I do have to return, I will definitely be giving Dr. Lerner a call.
