I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". I was dealing with some tooth sensitivity, so I scheduled an appointment with Glendale Dental. It was a wonderful experience. Cleaning: The hygienist did a wonderful job. She was polite and gentle. It was one of the best cleanings I’ve had in my lifetime. Dr. Cukier: He checked for various causes of tooth sensitivity and was so meticulous and kind. He communicated clearly and made sure I was okay before he proceeded. He solved the problem I was having with one of my back molars and did a quick cosmetic fix. That tooth was closer to the front. I’m impressed with the high-quality care I received. I’d highly recommend him! Dental office: The office was very clean and sanitary. It’s a wonderful office with wonderful staff. I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. The whole staff is kind, and they clearly love their jobs. The billing staff does a great job working with you to explain the cost of treatment plans. They are great at answering questions, too! I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

Dr. Goyal and her staff are great! I’ve been looking for a new dentist for a while now, and I”m so glad I found Hamilton Smiles. The last place a friend referred to me did not do a great job, I left that place still in pain. They also always claimed there was nothing wrong with my teeth. I finally called Hamilton Smiles to give them a try and as soon as they heard about my pain they scheduled me in for an emergency appointment the same day. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly when I walked in. Dr. Goyal was able to immediately recognize that the pain was caused by nerve bruising and a fissure in my filling.
