This was the first time I have come into Dr. Rafya Sandhu’s office in Westbury, NY. I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. During my cleaning, the dentist and dental hygienist seemed to have a great working relationship; they were joking the entire time and kept me engaged. I would most definitely refer my family and friends to this dental practice.

Other dentists had told me I would be satisfied with only four lumineers, but Dr. Babayev disagreed. She said it wouldn’t be enough, and I likely dislike the results. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I was having a throbbing toothache from a cracked molar and was really dreading seeing the dentist. There was a little pinch from the numbing injection and then not a thing from the extraction. It was over before I could even freak out!! Sometimes you wonder about some of the reviews you read, but I assure these guys are on top of their game! Dr. Azbel has been impeccable. The staff at Lucky Dental are so personable, informative, and attentive. I love my visits so far to this clinic; my teeth cleanings have been great. They allowed me to wear headphones and listen to music while they worked, which eased my anxieties considerably. The parking situation was pretty good, and I love Dr. Azbel.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I've been going to Dr. Borgella for almost a year and I could not be more satisfied. I originally went to them for a second opinion prior to a cap on a tooth cracked during a filling by another dentist. I had been prepared to get a cap, but Dr. Borgella instead repaired the molar. Since then, I've had 6-month check-ups and a few fillings at Dr. Borgella’s office ever since. Chair-side manner could not be better, and the office manager is also a dream... organized and professional. Final award goes to the dental techs... they are very thorough and as pain free as you can get examining teeth. They have all undoubtedly mastered the techniques at Reginald Borgella DDS. I woke up a few days ago with an awful pain coming from my wisdom teeth. Since I am new to the Scarsdale, NY area, I turned to online reviews to attempt to locate a competent dentist. Ironically, Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental was just down the road from me and seemed to have a ton of great reviews. I made my appointment and came in within two hours of my phone call. I arrived ten minutes before my appointment, and they got me back within the time it took for me to complete my paperwork. I was ushered back and immediately was seen by the x-ray technician. That process only took a few minutes. Lastly, Dr. Murphy just has an incredible personality. She is so friendly, upfront, and punctual. She goes out of her way to save you money by trying to stay within the limits of your insurance. The hygienist was very thorough and patient, and my teeth and gums have never felt better. I recommend this office to everyone I come across.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

This was probably the most pleasant and painless dentist visit I ever had. The entire staff was kind, attentive and seemed all so caring. I am so glad u have found Doctor Shahin and his team. One less thing to worry about in finding a dentist you can fully trust and rely on.

I have been really impressed with Dr. Kalyanaraman at G.K. Raman DDS, and I just can’t believe the couple of reviews that are negative. This is an incredibly busy dental office that’s always packed with patients. Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff work so hard to accommodate everyone’s needs--I guess you just can’t please everyone. Dr. Kalyanaraman is very skilled, and his staff is very pleasant. The prices are affordable, too. I’ve introduced my friends’ kids to this place, and they absolutely love Dr. Kalyanaraman. He’s seen hundreds of patients, and his skills are outstanding.

My wife and I adore Armstrong Dental Studio! After a terrible experience at a different Dentist in NYC, I made the change to Doctor Armstrong and have been going back every 6 months. The staff is so helpful at Shay Dental and they make it super easy to make an appointment. I called but then realized the office was closed. The receptionist saw my number on the caller ID and called me back, without me even having to leave a message. How great!! The office is spotless and inviting. I had no trouble parking. It’s right across from the library. Shortly after I walked in, they took me back. I had already filled out my patient information since they had the form online. So helpful! It seems like they never have patients wait long which is good. In the past, I’ve generally had dental hygienists do the cleaning, but not here! Dr. Shay took care of it. He did everything from the cleaning to the x-rays and more! I’ve been debating oral surgery on the suggestion of another doctor, but Dr. Shay gave me his honest and straightforward opinion on it. I appreciate that! He’s so approachable. For anyone that’s in the market in New York, I’d suggest their office!

This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

My aunt referred me to Dr. Lerner’s practice. I'd been in pain for over a month, so it was a relief to learn that they could schedule me for an appointment the very next day. When I arrived, the staff greeted me very pleasantly. I barely waited 5 minutes before being taken back to get worked on; however, they apologized profusely for being “late.” After getting x-rays taken, I met Dr. Lerner, who was very understanding of my dental anxiety. He kept me very comfortable during the exam. I went back the following week for a root canal, which was painless. Although Dr. Lerner said that it was possible I would have pain the next day, I didn't feel a thing. I will be going in for another appointment later this week, and surprisingly, I’m not anxious. That’s a first. I have since referred multiple friends to Dr. Lerner's office. It's only fair to tell others about the great customer service.
