Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

As soon as I walked into Everlasting Smiles Dental, I thought it looked more like a spa than a dentist office. Dr. Afridi explained everything he saw my my mouth and actually listened to me. He even told me what the numbers meant when he was examining my teeth. The whole team was competent and kind. They didn’t just go ahead and do my X-rays without first checking with my insurance to see if they were covered, which is so rare! This office in Glen Oaks is wonderful, and I’m so happy I found them. I regret not going to them sooner.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Babayev of BH Franklin Dental for 2 years. I’ve needed frequent dental work, and Dr. Babayev and her family are one in a million. My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. I instead went to Dr. Rosen, on a referral, and I could not be more satisfied. The office is not very fancy, but it is very welcoming. My appointment started at 8:45, but I was back in the chair by 8:35. While the dentist was flossing my teeth, he also gave me recommendations on what to use for my teeth. The next day I went in my tooth was fixed. The tooth matches my other teeth well, and it was at a very affordable price. Go see Dr. Rosen for all your dental needs.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

As a mom, it’s a bit embarrassing to get braces, but they explained everything in a very detailed manner and graciously accommodated me when I needed to cancel or reschedule appointments. The staff is great with kids. My son has had to come along to my appointments, and they don’t mind at all. Dr. Cukier and his staff are amazing. I’ve been to Glendale Dental for two emergency treatments, and they are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cukier is wonderful. He knows his craft and works efficiently. I had little to no pain for either procedure thanks to Dr. Cukier being good with a needle. I highly recommend Dr. Cukier. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

Everything about my Shay Dental experience is positive! Immediately after entering the business, you are greeted, offered refreshments, and even offered a tour of the facility. No other dentist has offered this to me, and as a business owner, I really appreciate how well-managed and well-staffed the office in New York is. I didn’t just feel like a patient. My mom was actually the one who first recommended I go see Dr. Howard J. Lerner. She is very sensitive when it comes to dental work. The first pinch of pain is enough to make her very anxious. Dr. Lerner is the only dentist she will go to. Having been to Dr. Lerner for multiple appointments and procedures, I can honestly say that whether you get something simple or something very complicated done Dr. Lerner does an excellent job. He provides an efficient yet pain-free experience. One time, I was in such unbearable pain that I felt like I was going to faint. It took Dr. Lerner less than 7 minutes to remove the three teeth that needed to be extracted. Like I said, he is incredibly efficient, and even though it was of a more complicated procedure, I didn't feel a thing. The office is very clean and well-decorated. They provide adequate entertainment as well. The entire staff is very fun to be around, and they are incredibly inviting. By the end of my first appointment, I felt like we were all old friends. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lerner and his New York, NY practice!
