I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafya Sandhu for 5 years. She has always been very upfront with me about the services I require. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

Initially, I had no idea where the office was because I'm new to the Jackson Heights area. So, I had to call back a few times to get directions. The Queens Central Dental staff was so patient with me, helping guide me to the office. I filled out a few papers, and was taken back almost immediately. When I was taken back, I was greeted by friendly and very caring staff that were very gentle while taking my x-rays. They thoroughly explained everything was going to happen during the check-up, and I sat for only a few minutes before Dr. Ames came in to give me my exam. They too were very friendly, caring, and informed. They explained to me about what was going on with my teeth. I didn't have to ask a think, which was great. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I have had the same dentist my entire life, but after marrying a Marine and moving away from home, I could no longer see my favorite; Dr. Ames thus had big shoes to fill, but I must say... so far, he's knocking it out of the park! When leaving, they gave me a bag, a tumbler cup, a nail file, and... A FLOWER! I couldn’t believe it! It's the little things in life that count! My mom was actually the one who first recommended I go see Dr. Howard J. Lerner. She is very sensitive when it comes to dental work. The first pinch of pain is enough to make her very anxious. Dr. Lerner is the only dentist she will go to. Having been to Dr. Lerner for multiple appointments and procedures, I can honestly say that whether you get something simple or something very complicated done Dr. Lerner does an excellent job. He provides an efficient yet pain-free experience. One time, I was in such unbearable pain that I felt like I was going to faint. It took Dr. Lerner less than 7 minutes to remove the three teeth that needed to be extracted. Like I said, he is incredibly efficient, and even though it was of a more complicated procedure, I didn't feel a thing. The office is very clean and well-decorated. They provide adequate entertainment as well. The entire staff is very fun to be around, and they are incredibly inviting. By the end of my first appointment, I felt like we were all old friends. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lerner and his New York, NY practice!

I am probably the worst patient. But when I found Dr. Shay and Shay Dental right here in New York, I feel so much more comfortable on my trips to the dentist. I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Borgella’s dental office today. The whole staff is nice and accommodating. I haven't been to a dentist in over 12 years. The dental assistant and the dentist, Dr. Borgella, made me feel very comfortable. We laughed a lot talking through treatments. I didn't feel judged about the condition of my teeth, or for not having seen a dentist for so many years. They gave me a wonderful gift bag full of useful items; it's a great gesture that made me feel special. The cost of my treatment was more affordable than I thought! I'm going back on Monday to have a broken tooth capped. Dr. Borgella took a lot of time explaining the results of my x-rays. He even removed a popcorn shell that had inflamed my gums and prevented me from eating solid food for a couple of days. Overall, an incredible experience, highly recommend Dr. Borgella DDS in the Bronx .

Dr. Richard Kaufman and his staff are incredibly expeditious. I had a dental emergency, and abscess, and was promptly scheduled for an appointment even though they were already incredibly booked. The office is very new and spacious. They promptly took my x-rays and then displayed them on a large monitor in the patient room. Dr. Kaufman discussed both my situation and my treatment options very thoroughly with me. A few weeks later, I went back for an extraction and did the prep for an implant. The cost was very affordable. I cannot recommend the office highly enough.

I have neglected to go to the dentist for about six years now. Just a few months ago one of my crowns broke, so I had to find the courage and make the appointment. I saw online reviews of Dr. Sandhu that seem way too good to be true, but they were right down the road from me, so I made the appointment. I was honestly embarrassed when they asked me the time that has passed since my last appointment. I never felt friendly to any of my previous dentists, and I was always afraid of the pain and cost. The moment I walked into Westbury Smile Center I felt at ease. I always remember feeling rushed when I’ve been in dentists office previously. They remained very punctual, but they took their time and made you feel at home. The dentist didn’t bounce around to different patients; it seemed as if my appointment was the time she completely dedicated to me. She examined my broken crown and told me the process it would take to replace it, and the price to do so post insurance. I was shocked that it wasn’t much more. During the entire process of the exam, cleaning, a filling or two, and the repaired crown, I felt no pain whatsoever. This clinic seems entirely dedicated to customer service. After I left there, I felt relieved to have come across Dr. Sandhu, and I got the dental care I needed. I will continue to go to this clinic for my checkups and cleanings. For as much time Dr. Sandhu is at this clinic, I will be a patient here.

After all these years, C K Galdieri is still the best. I see Dr. Galdieri all the time. The staff is marvelous. The office in Elmwood Park is clean and the equipment modern. I am happy to continue coming here for the foreseeable future. You even still get goodies as an adult. Useful goodies, too – who doesn’t like a free toothbrush?!

I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

He also takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on with each procedure so that you feel at ease. He answers all your questions. I appreciate that he truly cares. He doesn’t just pop in to say hello and then leave. More than that, his staff is friendly and also treats you like you’ve been a lifelong patient even if it’s your first visit. I’ll always recommend Dr. Kaminsky to anyone in the Syosset area looking for a quality and honest dentist.

I just got back for my semi-annual tooth cleaning at Albert A. Khalil DDS. I had the best dental hygienist ever! She was gentle, detailed, and explained everything she did; she also considers my overall health when looking at my teeth and mouth. She’s so intelligent! I love this dental office a lot. It’s the closest to painless dentistry that I’ve ever gotten - and I’ve been to a lot of different dentists! As long as I live in Freehold, I’ll keep going here, and if I have to move, I will somehow find a way back to this dentist office!

Dr. Perry has been my doctor for years, taking care of my entire household, my wife and kids. He's very friendly, he's interested in getting to know you, and he understands his work. He employs excellent individuals to help him and his patients, and I think the care they provide is great.
