The staff was incredibly helpful. Dr. Galdieri's staff assisted in coordinating every aspect of my appointment. I am so appreciative of everything they have done for me and all of their patients.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I am totally satisfied with the way my visit went to Shay Dental. When I went, I was nervous because I hadn’t been to a dentist in almost 15 years. They still made me feel right at home. When I talked to Dr. Shay, I knew I found the right place. He was very knowledgeable and kind and he answered all of my questions. His examination was thorough, and he took the time to give me in-depth explanations. We discussed what my priorities were, and he pointed out what was most important learned how my insurance worked and how much I’d have to pay per visit. We also talked about financing, which was helpful because of how much work I needed. The office helped me through the process and put me at ease with how much it costs and how long it will take. Although I’m just starting, I am happy I chose Shay Dental because of their professional and caring service. Best in New York!

Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

Dr. Lerner and his staff are lovely. I had such a positive experience thanks to the receptionist and the hygienist. Having come from the UK, I was apprehensive about going to a dentist in the US. I put off going for as long as I could. My first appointment at Dr. Lerner’s practice was wonderful. I received excellent care. Dr. Lerner has an infectious energy that put me at ease. I was also very impressed by the thorough cleaning I received from the hygienist. I highly recommend this dental practice!

I've been going to Ilya Ames / Queens Central Dental for a few years now and I cannot emphasize enough how great they are! I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rafya Sandhu for 5 years. She has always been very upfront with me about the services I require. I appreciate that she doesn’t try to pressure me into unnecessary procedures. I needed two dental implants, and I cannot be happier with the outcome. My two children are patients here as well. I love Dr. Minkowitz. I’ve gotten a cleaning and a cavity checkup done here. My teeth look great. They do allow walk-ins and they have business hours that work with my busy schedule so that I could come in at 6pm after work. I had the worst toothache a few weeks ago. I found Elite Dental via a quick Google search. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Talk about super helpful!! After completing my antibiotics, Dr. Isakharov did my root canal. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It went very well and I'm going back to finish the rest of my work. The office is always clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Dr. Isakharov was gentle, didn’t rush anything, and told me what to expect about the recovery process. Honestly, everyone there gave me a superior service.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. My family has been going to Dr. Kucher for five years now and they always provide great dental service in Livingston, NJ. The dental hygienist always cleans our teeth thoroughly and are very nice. Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.

I had a great first visit to BH Franklin Dental. I’m so grateful to have found them after deciding to change dentists. I loved that no one tried to pressure me into buying services I didn’t actually need like Invisalign, teeth whitening, veneers or laser treatments. My previous office tried to sell these things like they were car salesmen. The staff at BH Franklin Dental wonderful. The receptionist was very personable. She promptly took my insurance info and helped me through the paperwork. My hygienist was the best I’ve ever had. Plus, Dr. Nina Babayev was trustworthy and kind. I can’t wait to have my entire family come here. BH Franklin Dental had great reviews. They’re great people who do great work.

I have neglected to go to the dentist for about six years now. Just a few months ago one of my crowns broke, so I had to find the courage and make the appointment. I saw online reviews of Dr. Sandhu that seem way too good to be true, but they were right down the road from me, so I made the appointment. I was honestly embarrassed when they asked me the time that has passed since my last appointment. I never felt friendly to any of my previous dentists, and I was always afraid of the pain and cost. The moment I walked into Westbury Smile Center I felt at ease. I always remember feeling rushed when I’ve been in dentists office previously. They remained very punctual, but they took their time and made you feel at home. The dentist didn’t bounce around to different patients; it seemed as if my appointment was the time she completely dedicated to me. She examined my broken crown and told me the process it would take to replace it, and the price to do so post insurance. I was shocked that it wasn’t much more. During the entire process of the exam, cleaning, a filling or two, and the repaired crown, I felt no pain whatsoever. This clinic seems entirely dedicated to customer service. After I left there, I felt relieved to have come across Dr. Sandhu, and I got the dental care I needed. I will continue to go to this clinic for my checkups and cleanings. For as much time Dr. Sandhu is at this clinic, I will be a patient here.

When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. I’m so glad I found Stuart Kaminsky DDS. Having been back for at least 5 appointments, I can honestly say that each time I left feeling clean. The staff is incredibly kind. They know their craft and don’t try to upsell you. Dr. Kaminsky is trustworthy and honest when recommending procedures and care. I personally love this level of honesty in a provider. My hygienist is great as well. She answers my questions and does an amazing job cleaning my teeth. I appreciate her patience. I never feel rushed when I’m in the chair. The staff is personable, and the assistants truly care about patient comfort. They even made adjustments when I had trouble with my x-rays. Dr. Khalil at Albert A. Khalil DDS gave me the best customer service ever! He saw me as a walk-in patient with no appointment. The last dentist who did my crown did a horrible job, so he took his time to remove all the cement, plastic, and gauze that the last dentist put in my mouth. He wouldn’t even let me pay for the services, buy his staff lunch, or accept my gift card. It’s dentists like Dr. Khalil that make me believe good people are still around. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in South River, NJ! I just wish he accepted my insurance - thank you for everything you did for me. I’m so thankful!
