I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I needed six fillings, and the first three only took one hour. Overall, I cannot recommend this office highly enough. The staff is very compassionate, and the office is very inviting.

The entire staff at BH Franklin Dental is outstanding. I’ve been a patient for a while and have experienced incredible customer service, talented hygienists, and the amazing Dr. Nina Babayev. Most people don’t look forward to going to the dentist but I do. They are good, honest people here. They’re so good that I’m willing to drive 40 miles to come to my appointments. It’s worth it!

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I chipped my tooth and told Dr. Afridi that I wanted it extracted because I was in a lot of pain. He assured me that he could save my tooth, so I let him work his magic. I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

The last dentist I went to was pretty rude, so my opinion of Elite Dental might be biased a little bit. Having said that, I highly respect Dr. Isakharov and staff. I had some sores near the corners of my mouth that have bothered me off and on for the last couple of years. I had always treated them as cold sores, but Dr. Isakharov said no and gave me an over-the-counter treatment option that has cleared it right up. The cleaning technique was so gentle - no cranking my jaw open or twisting my neck around. The previous dentist hadn’t been nearly as considerate. Quite pleased with the service I received.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I had such a great time at my first appointment with Shay Dental. My check-up and cleaning were with Dr. Shay.
