This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

About 6 months ago, I developed an issue with my gums. I went to Dr. Azbel to have him look at it. I got the recommended deep cleaning, which took two sessions and numbing. It was wonderful. The whole staff is really friendly and inviting. To be honest, the deep cleaning sessions were a bit time consuming, but they let you watch Netflix, so it’s not too bad. They do a good job of informing patients and making sure their patients are comfortable. It was nice to understand each step of the process. They also give informative tips but don’t lecture you about your oral health. Overall, it’s good customer service, which is really hard to find in a dentist nowadays. I highly recommend Lucky Dental.

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Where the other dentists just wanted to slap on a nightguard, they did a thorough assessment and showed me better options, even figuring out the main cause of my tmj, that other dentists/orthodontists didn't realize before. Making appointments at Dr. Borgella’s is a breeze and those staff at the front desk are so great. Everyone working here makes you feel cared for and truly does what they can to make you comfortable. The waiting room is also super comfy and relaxed.

I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

Since I had never had any kind of oral surgery before, I had no clue what to expect when getting my wisdom teeth removed. the staff at Dr. Lerner’s practice were very personable and efficient. The dental assistants put me at ease thanks to their positive attitudes. Dr. Lerner explained the process to me in great detail. He explained that I would need two wisdom teeth removed and said that he could do it that day if I wanted him to. His confidence and reassurance comforted me, and I agreed. He did the procedure in less than an hour, and I didn't experience any pain. I will definitely be going back to Dr. Lerner for all my future dental appointments.

The office itself is nestled in Elmwood Park , and I didn't have to wait long on arrival and got to meet the incredibly sweet Dr. Galdieri. I am the worst patient when it comes to dental procedures. I had my top wisdom teeth removed a few years ago and needed A LOT of anesthesia because I can feel most everything. Both Dr. Galdieri and the wonderful staff were so incredibly understanding with me and I spent the entire appointment laughing and cracking jokes with them (even though I was drooling half the time). They took their time to ensure I was comfortable and to make sure I let them know if I was ever feeling uncomfortable. The procedure didn't take long and it went by quick with zero issues. C K Galdieri is such an incredible business and I just couldn't help but come and leave a review because I had such a top-tier experience. Thank you, Dr. Galdieri!
