I turned to online reviews after a friend suggested it was a great place to find a dentist. I love their convenient hours and pleasant office staff. The techs are very professional and efficient. I have a very busy schedule, so I appreciate an office that runs very promptly. I am so happy to have found Dr. Murphy!

Just went to Dr. Borgella’s office after several years of not going regularly to get a checkup or cleaning. Dr. Borgella and the hygienist were professional and went above and beyond explaining the procedures. They did a great job developing my surgery plan and even did it the same day! So long as I live in Bronx, I will definitely be back for any future dental work.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Today my crown came loose and I found out my insurance didn't auto enroll me this year. Not only did I get a same day appt at Queens Central Dental, but after the dental review I was offered three options with different costs – all within my price range. I ended up with a new crown and bought the dental insurance offered right there. I really appreciated how the procedures were explained to me. It’s clear that Dr. Ames is very knowledgeable and provides great patient service. I didn't wait at all when I first arrived. If you need a great dentist in Jackson Heights who is actually concerned with your dental care and provides honest up-front costs then Dr. Ames is your doc. Highly recommended!

Dentist visits can be intimidating, but with this office, I feel content and secure that I am being managed well. Dr. Sandhu is pleasant and answers all questions. This is a great dentist in Oakland Gardens NY. They really care about their patients, you and your dental health are their number one priority. They are easy to talk to and want to get to know you and your dental health. This helps him understand what treatments you’ll need and how to prevent future issues. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. My comfort was their top priority, and my teeth look great thanks to them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

This is my second trip to Armstrong Dental Studio for more than just a regular cleaning. This time I had a root canal and crown done on the same tooth, but no worries, it was completely pain free! They all did great checking up on me, even Dr. Armstrong himself called me the next day. He was awesome about checking on how I was doing during the entire process. All the staff is amazing and personable, so welcoming and happy to help. Nice dentist to have here in New York!

I am probably the worst patient. But when I found Dr. Shay and Shay Dental right here in New York, I feel so much more comfortable on my trips to the dentist. I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. I would recommend Dr. Choi and her staff at Smile by Choice to anyone.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Today, Dr. Afridi did my root canal, and he was extremely detailed, friendly, and gentle. I had some issues numbing up, but he took his time to make sure I was comfortable. He said we were a team working towards the same outcome, and everything went well. The office staff and dental assistant were amazing, too. C K Galdieri is the best Elmwood Park dentist ever! I've been going to Dr. Galdieri for years and they are so caring, friendly and gentle. They make you feel like family, which helps remove any anxiety. In an emergency they took great care of me until I was able to get to the oral surgeon. The front desk receptionist best-of-the-best and made sure I was alright. I recommend C K Galdieri to everyone. I always have a great visit. These folks need 10 stars!

I had the best possible dental appointment anyone could imagine. Thanks to Dr. Azbel, I had a painless filling. How many people can say that? I even got to watch a movie during the process. I went to Dr. Lerner's office for a check-up, cleaning, and filling. It was the best dental experience I've had to date. I don't usually write online reviews, and I never expected to write a review of a dental office, especially considering I am not exactly a fan of dentists. But, I have to give credit where credit is due. Dr. Lerner told me that I would be pain-free during the procedure, and he was right. He and his team are incredible. They gave me great customer service and helped deal with all the logistics of my situation. I am pleased to say that I am Dr. Lerner’s patient, and I think he should be pleased with the quality of work he does. He is a tribute to his profession, a true asset to New York dentistry.

I had a few awful experiences with dentists when I was younger, which caused me to have very high anxiety in regard to dental offices. Just recently, I started experiencing some pain, and I knew I had to either toughen up and schedule the appointment or live with it. Finally, my partner dragged me to their dentist Dr. Rafya Sandhu at the Westbury Smile Center. I was somewhat worried that my teeth were in horrible shape since it has been years since I have been seen. Dr. Sandhu and her staff reassured me everything was going to be ok, and that it's not nearly as bad as I thought it was. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during my visit. I have a feeling that if Dr. Sandhu was my dentist when I was kid, I wouldn’t have so much anxiety or have neglected my teeth as I did. As it turned out, I had some cavities, and they fixed them up quickly. I was also in need of proper scaling. I plan on making this location in Westbury, NY my place for all of my dental needs. I also really enjoy the reminders they send out; it's hard to remember them with my busy schedule. If you are looking for a dentist that takes away your anxieties, this is the office for you!

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Sure, no one really likes going to the dentist, but the staff is great. It’s easy to feel at ease, even while they are working in your mouth. Dr. Stuart Kaminsky explains every part of the process rather than rushing through his explanations like some other dentists I’ve been to. The whole experience was very easy-going. I rarely get good news when I go to the dentists, which is part of the reason I hate going. I had gotten used to poor treatment. However, Dr. Kaminsky is not like that. Working with him has completely changed my opinion of dentists. I plan on going to him for all my future dental needs. His assistant is phenomenal too. She eased my anxiety and was very kind.

I had a very positive experience during my first visit at BH Franklin Dental. I don’t necessarily go every year as I should, so I was a bit nervous about going, even if it was just a simple cleaning. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so nice. The process went quickly. They have top-of-the-line X-ray equipment and showed me my X-rays right away. I was glad it was all done at the same place too; I never had to get out of the chair. I appreciate that Dr. Babayev was efficient and friendly. He checked out a couple of spots my hygienist was worried about. He was diligent and knowledgeable. Dr. Babayev was very honest. She didn’t think the possible trouble spots were actually an issue and didn’t try to upsell me for services I didn’t need. Overall, the staff was friendly and kind, and the office was warm and inviting. I had a wonderful experience. Zero complaints! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I hate the dentist, but Dr. Hassid made me feel very comfortable. I walked in one day, extremely nervous and on the verge of walking out. But the friendly office staff convinced me to stay, and I’m glad I did. The staff and technicians were kind and professional. They made me feel totally comfortable. Without the incredible front office staff, I probably would not have stayed today. I’m so happy I’ve overcome my fear of the dentist and would recommend her to anyone in Franklin Square, NY.

I desperately needed a cleaning, but I really couldn’t afford to take the time off work for a dental appointment. Dr. Richard Kauffman’s practice has great hours and strong ratings. The service is exceptional. I appreciated how informative Dr. Kaufman was and that he got my teeth completely clean. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

I have been really impressed with Dr. Kalyanaraman at G.K. Raman DDS, and I just can’t believe the couple of reviews that are negative. This is an incredibly busy dental office that’s always packed with patients. Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff work so hard to accommodate everyone’s needs--I guess you just can’t please everyone. Dr. Kalyanaraman is very skilled, and his staff is very pleasant. The prices are affordable, too. I’ve introduced my friends’ kids to this place, and they absolutely love Dr. Kalyanaraman. He’s seen hundreds of patients, and his skills are outstanding.

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

It feels a little odd to rate my dentist like other services, but I do think Dr. Rosen is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been his patient for a few years now. You can ask for the noise canceling headphones if you are having a more extended procedure. I have visited with all the hygienists at this office in Cedarhurst, NY. They all have a great sense of humor and do such a great job. Dr. Rosen will sit down and explain the process to you as deep or shallow as you want, and never appears to be in a rush. This office is so honest, and they will let you choose the course of action for when you are ready for it. I cannot recommend Dr. Alan Rosen enough!

I always feel at home at Dr. Grinberg’s office. Everyone is kind and they’re great with my kids. I’m so glad they’re willing to entertain my kids when I have to bring them to appointments. They’re very kind, knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Grinberg’ is the greatest dentist in Brooklyn. I”m so glad I found my family dentist in Sheepshead Bay, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Dr. Mangiaracina is one of the best dentists in Merrick, NY. She is an incredible dentist. I live in New York and will drive over to Merrick to continue being her patient. She is just that good. I’ll be going there as long as she’ll have me. Dr. Mangiaracina is a wonderful lady, and I’m so thankful to have found my perfect dentist.Thank you!

My family has been going to Dr. Kucher for five years now and they always provide great dental service in Livingston, NJ. The dental hygienist always cleans our teeth thoroughly and are very nice. My friend referred me to Dr. Khalil at Albert A. Khalil DDS in South River, NJ. My friend saw him for an emergency tooth extraction, and he has been bragging about his awesome dentist ever since! I’ve been looking for a new dentist anyway because my usual one is retiring. I’m so happy I found Dr. Khalil! He and his hygienists are awesome at their jobs. Not too long ago, I needed all of my wisdom teeth pulled out, so I was pretty anxious. But Dr. Khalil made everything go much better than anticipated! He made sure I was relaxed before he began and told me what he was doing step by step. He extracted all four teeth in record time and ensured that I experienced no pain. Afterwards, he called me to follow up and remind me of my aftercare. A few days later, he called me again to ask how I was doing. I was truly amazed! He treated me more like a friend, not just another patient! The front office staff was very considerate and warm. I have a hectic work schedule, so I always need to schedule my cleanings at the last minute or switch my appointment time, which they’ve had no problem with at all. If you need to switch to a new dentist, make sure it’s to this practice!
