I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

A few years ago, my husband and I moved to New York, and that’s when I met Dr. Afridi. As soon as I met him, I knew I could trust him, and finding a trustworthy dentist in a new area is never easy! I needed a lot of dental work, but he kept me comfortable the whole time he did my fillings and crowns. I did visit another dentist in Glen Oaks, but it was just okay. From then on, I vowed never to go anywhere other than Everlasting Smiles Dental. Even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, I’d rather keep seeing Dr. Afridi than trust another dentist with my smile. I’m so impressed with this dental clinic. When you’re his patient, he really makes you feel like part of his family.

The staff is very comforting and personable. Dr. Kaufman patiently answers questions and discusses any concerns. My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

Dr. Sandhu and her staff at the Westbury Smile Center are fantastic. I went in for a routine cleaning and exam. She was thorough, polite, gentle, etc.--everything that you expect from a great dentist. She took her time explaining what treatments I needed and the reasons why I needed them. The prices at Westbury Smile Center were very reasonable as well. I really liked the fact that this wasn’t a crowded office where they keep you waiting long after your appointment time. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

He communicated clearly and made sure I was okay before he proceeded. He solved the problem I was having with one of my back molars and did a quick cosmetic fix. That tooth was closer to the front. I selected Queens Central Dental because they are right next door in Jackson Heights , they open early and have some Saturday hours. Now that I've had my first experience, I'd come back no matter what the hours! Queens Central Dental is my new go-to for all things dental. The staff were polite, professional, and friendly. Dr. Shahin was very personable and took care of my issue efficiently. He is very friendly and professional and I would definitely return. His dental assistant is also very pleasant. The young woman who does the x-rays, very warm and greeted me as soon as she walked in the office. What does need help however; is the front desk staff. I was not greeted warmly, the young lady exhibited no customer service skills at all. She was not pleasant, no smile at all. Just kind of stared at me for a few before I said " good morning". With some proper training, this can all be turned around.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

She performed a root canal procedure for me, and it was painless. She was very patient and did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I greatly appreciated that she was willing to listen to my sob stories about my previous dental experiences and then informed me how to fix the issues. She has a very positive and gentle disposition. She's also good at administering more anesthetic if it is needed. The company that she uses for crowns also does a great job. I had a previous crown that was very poorly made. The quality of this one was significantly better. Plus, it fits much better too. Dr. Murphy genuinely wants to help her patients rather than just help herself by making more money. She doesn't pressure you do you get services you don't really need. If she says you have a cavity, then you actually have a cavity. I love this worry-free environment. Lastly, Dr. Murphy and her team at Radiance Dental have been helping me navigate the maze that is insurance coverage. They deserve all the stars possible!

I had absolutely no issues with the front office staff at C K Galdieri, as they were truly quite pleasant and friendly. The office itself is nestled in Elmwood Park , and I didn't have to wait long on arrival and got to meet the incredibly sweet Dr. Galdieri. I am the worst patient when it comes to dental procedures. I had my top wisdom teeth removed a few years ago and needed A LOT of anesthesia because I can feel most everything. Both Dr. Galdieri and the wonderful staff were so incredibly understanding with me and I spent the entire appointment laughing and cracking jokes with them (even though I was drooling half the time). They took their time to ensure I was comfortable and to make sure I let them know if I was ever feeling uncomfortable. The procedure didn't take long and it went by quick with zero issues. C K Galdieri is such an incredible business and I just couldn't help but come and leave a review because I had such a top-tier experience. Thank you, Dr. Galdieri!
