Though I still don’t like going to my dental visits, Everlasting Smiles Dental is the best dentist near me, and I’ve been to a lot of them! In my previous experiences, I either discovered a fantastic staff with a horrible dentist or a great dentist with a terrible hygienist and office staff who made you feel like a burden. But Dr. Afridi’s dental practice is the best of both worlds. The staff is so friendly and kind, and the super-professional hygienists put your comfort first. The receptionist/bookkeeper always helps me navigate my insurance and what I owe as well as scheduling appointments. All the great reviews are true. Though I did wait a little bit, I’ve had to wait longer at other places, and I guarantee they only made me wait because patients weren’t coming in on time, which will push back all the other appointments after it. Or maybe Dr. Afridi was tending to an emergency and wanted to make sure his patient was being taken care of. I would happily wait a long time if needed just to get the high level of service and dental care this place has to offer, knowing that once I get in the dental chair, they won’t rush me out to keep on schedule. I saw a Dr. Kaufman today, the Saturday before New Year's Eve, without an appointment because I lost a crown last night. Granted, the crown was over 35 years old and had been done by another dentist, but I still needed it fixed. I expected to have a long wait, but the X-ray process was very efficient. Less than 10 minutes later, I was prepped to see Dr. Kaufman, who numbed me for the procedure. An hour later, I had a new temporary in place and a permanent crown had been ordered. I love the high quality technology they have at this practice. Instead of making an impression of my teeth in clay-filled tray of yore, they used 3D digital imaging to map out my teeth and photograph them for color matching. Same result without all the radiation! Dr. Kaufman was so expeditious and accommodating. Thank you so much!

My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. This was the first time I have come into Dr. Rafya Sandhu’s office in Westbury, NY. I arrived a bit early to the Westbury Smile Center, and they were able to get me in immediately and proceeded to get my x-rays taken care of. During my cleaning, the dentist and dental hygienist seemed to have a great working relationship; they were joking the entire time and kept me engaged. Dr. Galdieri was the most honest, straight-forward and friendly person I've met in a long time. But when I finally went I went to see Dr. Kucher because I heard he did awesome implants, which was something I thought I needed. He and his staff were very gentle. They went through everything with me and he gave me a pamphlet that explained everything. I decided to make an appointment because of how kind they all were when I just walked in. His top priority was making sure I was comfortable and that I was in zero pain. It went by really quickly and the implants look wonderful. I feel very confident in my smile now.
