If I could give Dr. Babayev and BH Franklin Dental more than 5 stars, I would. Every appointment is a pleasant experience. I had major tooth pain one evening. Thankfully, Dr. Babayev was able to tend to me right away. I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, so I was very anxious that I would be in a great deal of pain. However, Dr. Babayev took the time to explain everything to me. I had an infected tooth, and the infection had spread to two other teeth. I needed all three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I didn’t feel any pain during the entire procedure, and I appreciated that the office called to check on me later that day. Since then, I have referred multiple friends and family members to BH Franklin Dental. They’ve all had great experiences too. I am now a patient for life. I couldn’t imagine going to another dentist. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that their patients are comfortable. It’s very easy to schedule appointments. Everyone is kind and easy to talk to. I am highly satisfied.

The entire experience was pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Kaufman and his staff are the best in Uniondale, New York. The receptionist you a great job making the scheduling process very easy. The assistants are always professional and Incredibly kind. Dr. Kaufman runs a very efficient office, but his work is meticulous, and he interacts very positively with his patients. I appreciate the warmth that I feel every time I have an appointment. It's nice to feel such respect. I love the staff here so much that I have already referred multiple family members and friends to Dr. Kaufman's practice and will continue to do so. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

I called Dr. Sandhu’s office this afternoon. I was actually parking in front my regular dentist’s office, but they couldn’t schedule me for an appointment today. I spoke to the kind staff of the Westbury Smile Center the office, and they scheduled within the hour. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Sandhu was so kind and personable. I have braces, so she discussed, in detail, how to properly brush, which I had not previously been informed of. She then gave me this cream for the demineralization of my teeth due to my braces. I left with a little dental care package. Thankfully, I didn’t need any additional work done besides the cleaning, but this will be my dentist from now on. His staff is full of true professionals, and they’re all kind and knowledgeable. I recently had shoulder surgery and then went into the dentist a couple weeks later. I was so sensitive that even getting slightly bumped in the shoulder would cause severe pain. They really listened to my concern, and never bumped me, even though they were working on me for an hour. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Borgella’s dental office today. The whole staff is nice and accommodating. I haven't been to a dentist in over 12 years. The dental assistant and the dentist, Dr. Borgella, made me feel very comfortable. We laughed a lot talking through treatments. I didn't feel judged about the condition of my teeth, or for not having seen a dentist for so many years. They gave me a wonderful gift bag full of useful items; it's a great gesture that made me feel special. The cost of my treatment was more affordable than I thought! I'm going back on Monday to have a broken tooth capped. Dr. Borgella took a lot of time explaining the results of my x-rays. He even removed a popcorn shell that had inflamed my gums and prevented me from eating solid food for a couple of days. Overall, an incredible experience, highly recommend Dr. Borgella DDS in the Bronx .

Unlike other dentists, he is efficient yet still devotes a great deal of time to his patients. I appreciate that he is honest, telling you exactly what you need without trying to upsell you on something that isn't actually necessary. Unfortunately, many other local dentists do this. I had a chipped tooth, which he fixed at a very affordable rate. Although his office is a bit of a drive for me, I am happy to travel knowing that I get such good care. I had done a lot of research prior to coming to his clinic, and none of the other dentists I interacted with were as kind. I can't say that I want to go back very soon because I don't necessarily like visiting the dentist, but when I do have to return, I will definitely be giving Dr. Lerner a call.
