Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. I love the beautiful office and awesome staff. The hygienists are gentle when cleaning. Dr. Kaminsky and his staff pay attention to detail, which some dental practices seem to forget. For example, they remind you about your appointments in advance and don’t make you spend an eternity in the waiting room. While they do offer cosmetic services (whitening, straightening, even an oral cancer screening,) they don’t bother you if you decline.

I don’t normally write reviews online, but I had such an amazing recent visit at Soft Touch Dental Care in Forest Hills, NY that I wanted to tell people about it. I’m a regular patient at Soft Touch, but I usually only go in for routine cleanings. But this time I was in a lot of pain and needed help. I called on a Tuesday during after-hours and they got me in the next morning at 7:30 a.m.. The staff was very kind and gentle with me. Dr. Normatov has a very comfortable office. She is very caring and kind. I actually fell asleep in the chair, that’s how comfortable I was. She provides excellent care. I have zero pain now, and I didn’t have any pain while she was working on me. I can’t thank Dr. Normatov and her staff enough.

I can't believe I am writing a review about a dentist. I have always had a dislike for the dentist and was nervous and anxious each time I had a dentist appointment. No longer since going to Queens Central Dental. After visiting several dentists in the Jackson Heights area and not being completely satisfied, I decided to look new options. I went through my insurance, who recommended Queens Central Dental and offered to make an appointment for me. After reading the excellent google reviews, I made the appointment and wow, what a great first impression!! The office is immaculate, the staff is friendly, helpful and takes whatever time is needed to not only explain your benefits but make sure you understand. So far, I have had a cleaning, filling for a giant cavity, and a root canal. Everything was painless, even though I had not been to the dentist for a couple of years - I did not need to use any pain medication (Rx or over the counter). Dr. Ames performed the dental work and was very professional – making me feel at ease, explaining what was being done, and what to expect thereafter. Everyone - front desk, dental hygienist, medical staff and doctors - are great and has made visiting the dentist great!

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

The overall experience was pleasant, the staff is very responsive. The wait time to see the dentist could be improved.

Dr. Kalyanaraman of G.K. Raman DDS in Brooklyn, NY is the best! I’ve been a patient for a couple of years, and I’ve only had to have cleanings. This weekend my boyfriend cracked a tooth and was in a lot of pain. He also works a lot of overtime, so he really needed to get it fixed right away. Dr. Kalyanaraman came in on a holiday to take care of him! My boyfriend wasn’t even his patient at the time. We will, however, make sure that our family goes to his dental office from now on. He’s wonderful, kind, and compassionate. We are so grateful to have found this practice!

Yesterday I brought my son to Armstrong Dental Studio for routine cleaning. I could not be more satisfied with our appointment. Setting the appointment itself was so easy. The whole team was so courteous and friendly at the reception. The facility is not only clean but gorgeous. We didn't wait more than 5mins to be seen (which with a stressed child was a relief). Once in the room the hygienist was very courteous and helped put my son at ease. He was so excited about the tech they had. The hygienist took time explaining what different tools she was using and showed my son how they worked. The dentist, Dr. Armstrong, was nice and also made my son feel relaxed. If you have made it this far in my review the finest part was at dinner my son was telling his two older brothers about his appointment... and by the end of his story, they all were excited to go to the dentist too!!! A MAJOR MOM WIN FOR SURE! So happy to have found the BEST dentist in New York!

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I haven't actually been a patient at Dr. Lerner’s practice, but I was very impressed with their level of customer service. I recently called Dr. Lerner's office, and the receptionist helped us find another practice that could accommodate my sister's dental needs and insurance information on such short notice. The receptionist could have just hung up the phone after telling us that they couldn't take her on as a patient at that time, but instead, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even though my sister and I aren't patients there at this current time, it felt like we were because of the kindness that we received.

I don’t handle anesthetics well and I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. I’ve had root canals, cavities, and crowns. He was knowledgeable, gentle, and friendly. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. The office staff is kind and they helped me figure out all the Doctors Network stuff so that I didn’t have any surprise. I would recommend Dr. Grinberg to anyone!

I took a slight hiatus from the dental office due to my own laziness, not due to a bad experience. I scheduled back with Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental at her Scarsdale, NY office. She walked by me in the hallway and immediately knew my name. I noticed the main office has expanded, which makes sense due to the incredible environment she promotes and the level of professionalism she works with. I hardly even sat down before I was called back, and I was seen by the dentist a few minutes later. If you aren’t delighted with your current dentist, you should give this office a try.

I had absolutely no issues with the front office staff at C K Galdieri, as they were truly quite pleasant and friendly. The office itself is nestled in Elmwood Park , and I didn't have to wait long on arrival and got to meet the incredibly sweet Dr. Galdieri. I am the worst patient when it comes to dental procedures. I had my top wisdom teeth removed a few years ago and needed A LOT of anesthesia because I can feel most everything. Both Dr. Galdieri and the wonderful staff were so incredibly understanding with me and I spent the entire appointment laughing and cracking jokes with them (even though I was drooling half the time). They took their time to ensure I was comfortable and to make sure I let them know if I was ever feeling uncomfortable. The procedure didn't take long and it went by quick with zero issues. C K Galdieri is such an incredible business and I just couldn't help but come and leave a review because I had such a top-tier experience. Thank you, Dr. Galdieri!

I usually hate going to the dentist and had avoided it for a long time. But when I finally went I went to see Dr. Kucher because I heard he did awesome implants, which was something I thought I needed. He and his staff were very gentle. They went through everything with me and he gave me a pamphlet that explained everything. I decided to make an appointment because of how kind they all were when I just walked in. I really don’t like the dentist because it’s usually painful and dreadful, but it’s also very necessary. After being to a dentist who rushed me out the door and who didn’t take the time to get to know me at all, I wasn’t too thrilled about finding a new one. I then went to Dr. Khetani at K Dental Smiles in Freehold, NJ, and wow, what a difference! It was actually pretty relaxing and enjoyable with a chill environment and no rushing me out the door. The doctor even did my cleaning, which is really rare! It’s honestly been the best dental experience of my life! Dr. Khetani is hilarious and friendly and does amazing work! She was really patient and told me what was going on in my mouth. She also addressed anything she was concerned about without the pressure - she definitely takes a proactive approach. The receptionist was also so sweet. All in all, they’re just plain awesome. I’ll never see another dentist, so thank you Dr. Khetani and the team! You’ve made a dreadful task more bearable, and I had a fantastic time with you all!
