Working with him has completely changed my opinion of dentists. I plan on going to him for all my future dental needs. His assistant is phenomenal too. She eased my anxiety and was very kind.

I called the office in Scarsdale, NY, and they were able to get me in the next day at the time I needed. When I showed up, the staff called me by name when I approached the front desk and assisted with my check-in. The team as a whole are so, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working for Dr. Murphy. The dental hygienist did such a great job with my cleaning, and I was then fitted for a mouth guard and scheduled to come back for a filling, which was so small that it didn’t require novocaine. I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

Dr. Lerner is the best dentist I could ever ask for! Initially, I went to Dr. Lerner for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. Using local anesthesia, he removed two of my wisdom teeth while I was still awake. He also let me request the music I listened to during the procedure. I chose some rock music that he also enjoyed! I didn't have any pain during or after the surgery. I didn't even need to take any pain medication! I did take one over-the-counter pain killer after the procedure, just in case, but I didn't have any swelling or complications. I was even able to go back to my regular eating habits within 24 hours of the surgery. Dr. Lerner is an absolute genius when it comes to dentistry. His staff is equally as awesome. The receptionist welcomes patients in a way that makes them feel important. The prices were very fair, especially given the exceptional performance. Thank you Dr. Lerner and team for the best possible wisdom tooth extraction experience I could have asked for.

I can hardly put into words the way I feel about how helpful, kind, and incredibly skilled team is at G.K. Raman DDS in Brooklyn, NY. I hadn’t been to a dentist in two years, so I went in for a checkup/x-ray. The staff was great. They made sure that I felt comfortable; they even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. Dr. Kalyanaraman worked very quickly and professionally. He reviewed my x-rays and discussed the results with me.
