I found a dentist's office with which I am delighted. Dr. Rafya Sandhu is brilliant, friendly, skilled, and an absolute professional. She also treats the rest of her staff so well that everyone genuinely likes working there. The office is so modern and clean, with very competitive prices. Unlike other practices that try to push you into unnecessary work, this place is not one of those. They are incredibly punctual at Westbury Smile Center; they were able to get through with my cleaning and touched up an issue with bonding from a previous dentist that worked on my molar. They then polished them up and even smoothed out a chipped tooth. My wife is even switching to Dr. Sandhu, as Dr. Sandhu is much better than her current dentist.

Less than 10 minutes later, I was prepped to see Dr. Kaufman, who numbed me for the procedure. An hour later, I had a new temporary in place and a permanent crown had been ordered. I love the high quality technology they have at this practice. Instead of making an impression of my teeth in clay-filled tray of yore, they used 3D digital imaging to map out my teeth and photograph them for color matching. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

They are very family friendly and everyone in the Queens Central Dental practice is super pleasant in conversation. I brought my baby with me because I was on maternity leave and had not one to watch him and they were 100% accommodating. They completed my cleaning while he was in his car seat, and when he got upset, they let him sit with me! I got a cleaning done, quickly followed by two cavities filled. One cavity took longer to fill than expected and they were so nice about it, and then they scheduled an early appointment for me to get the other filled on another day. I’m very fortunate to have discovered Dr. Sandhu and Queens Dental Care. I’ve been to 3 dental offices in 3 years, but I’ve found my dental home. The first dentist I went to chipped my tooth during a cleaning and wouldn’t even admit it. I didn’t even know he’d chipped my front tooth until I got to my car. I went back in, and he fixed it, but that fix recently fell off. Other places charged way too much to fix it. I went to Queens Dental Care. The entire staff was kind, informative, and helpful. They are also very affordable. I’m a hairstylist, so I appreciate other “artist.” Dr. Sandhu is one such artist. I said the fixed tooth was beautiful. She and I are both proud of her work. I initially came to Dr. Azbel for Invisalign treatments. I also required some additional cosmetic work. I don’t recall hearing people speaking kindly about going to a dentist office. I don’t believe they have been to Dr. Rosen in Cedarhurst, NY. He has been our dentist for years, and the cleaning done by his staff is so good. They have the top of the line equipment available, and they are so detail oriented in their cleaning, paying a ton of attention to problem areas. They are quick to catch problems so they can monitor them closely. Dr. Rosen is so thorough with his exams, but our time in the chair has been minimal due to the positive cleanings and follow-ups. This office has a ton of great reviews, and I now have seen why. A lot of us forget to say thank you. I try my hardest to go out of my way to let them know how much I appreciate their services. Dr. Shay has been my dentist for the last 3 years. My husband and brother are patients now too. We really like how professional and friendly the staff is, it is a nice change of pace for New York. Shay Dental is clean and really roomy. And, I love how bright and inviting the waiting room is! The office staff does a really nice job explaining billing and answering any questions we have. I never feel like I am being pushed for services that I can’t afford. I really appreciated that they take pictures of the work that they do and then show it on the screen and explain it in a way that you can understand. They get busy though, so make sure you book your appointments in advance. I highly recommend Dr. Shay… he is great and you will be pleased with his work.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I highly recommend Dr. Lerner's office. I have gone here for both regular teeth cleanings and fillings. I haven’t felt pain during any of my appointments. Previously, I had multiple bad experiences going to other New York dentists, but Dr. Lerner and his staff were so kind and so comforting that I was no longer apprehensive of my regular dental care. All of the staff were happy to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, listened to my concerns, and worked with me to find the right fit for treatment. I got the sense that Dr. Sebold DDS genuinely cares about each of their patients. I'm definitely recommending Dr. Sebold to friends and family. A couple of additional notes - 1. Dr. Sebold has one of the most well-stocked and comfortable waiting rooms I've ever been in! I'm actually looking forward to waiting before my next visit to the office! Although, the wait times are very short. 2. The front staff are friendly, polite, and well organized! I had to call a couple of times before my appointment because I was running late and my GPS died before I found the Brooklyn office. No problem though, the front desk was very helpful and happy to assist!
