If you’re in the Syosset area and looking for the best dentist around, I highly recommend Dr. Stuart Kaminsky. The staff is polite, punctual, and personable. It’s very easy to schedule an appointment. If one isn’t available for the day you’re looking for, the receptionists call you as soon as they have an opening. Dr. Kaminsky is wonderful. He gives great recommendations and keeps the appointment relaxed. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in my family. He really knows his stuff.

I met Dr. Mangiaracina after being referred to a friend after another dentist told me I needed a bunch of procedures done. I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

Dr. Rosen is by far the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of going to. The people that manage the office are impeccable, and they treat you like a family member and remember your name. I first came to his office after a year and a half of neglecting my teeth. I ended up needing a lot of work done. I was referred elsewhere for my root canal, due to the specifics of it, but I had a few cavities filled by Dr. Rosen. I try to go back to the dentist sooner than the usual six months to try and better manage my situation. The staff here are so accommodating; at one point I asked for a pillow, and they happily obliged. It’s a small office, and the team always seems to stay the same, which in my mind means it's probably a great place to work. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

If I could give more than 5 stars for this place, I would. This Rego Park dentist office is beautiful. The staff is very kind and professional. You won’t have to worry about your insurance or dental plans here. This place is almost like a spa, they have wax-hand dipped warming gloves and blankets for if their patients get cold. The dental hygienists are very friendly. Dr. Thomopoulos was great, she was thorough during my exam and took some photos so I could see the fillings I had before, but also a new cavity. She was willing to go through all my questions and was very careful with my teeth. I always hated going to the dentist, but now I feel completely at ease with Dr. Thomopoulos, she made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but rather a human being. I’ve referred her to everyone I know. I am a big fan of chapstick, and the free chapsticks here are awesome. Just another reason this place is awesome!

Dr. Borgella’s office environment is very lively and nice. The people seem to enjoy their work and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Dr Reginald Borgella was very nice, gentle, and knowledgeable. The hygienist was excellent and checked for things that my prior dentist did not check for gingivitis and other gum diseases. The office was very clean and modern with all the latest gadgets. They were able to do everything on site. After my recommendation, the whole Church plans to come to this Bronx office because they really care about their patients - God bless them!

My daughter and I started going to Dr. Minkowitz in Maspeth a couple months ago. A couple friends recommended them, so I thought we’d give them a shot. We’ve been very satisfied so far. The front office staff is nice and helpful when it comes to scheduling around our busy schedules, billing insurance, and figuring out the headache that is payments. The hygienists always do a great job and give me great tips about my dental health. Dr. Minkowitz is very nice. I’ve gotten a couple crowns and other dental work done by him. It’s really been great. He even offered to give me a new mouth guard without charging me because he thought I might like a thinner one. My 10 year old daughter also loves this place. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

I’m very happy with the dental service I got today. They provide quality work, and everyone there is very kind. My husband has a different dentist in the East side Lower Manhattan, but I might convince him and take him in. That’s how good they are. Dr. Armstrong and the assistant were both very kind. I had a dental emergency and when I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes. I was surprised I was able to get into the chair that fast when I hadn’t made an appointment in advance. I will be moving to soon, but I’m thinking about making them my permanent dentist and making the long drive. I have a cleaning coming up and I’m very excited for it.

Dr. Shay has been my dentist for the last 3 years. My husband and brother are patients now too. We really like how professional and friendly the staff is, it is a nice change of pace for New York. Shay Dental is clean and really roomy. And, I love how bright and inviting the waiting room is! The office staff does a really nice job explaining billing and answering any questions we have. I never feel like I am being pushed for services that I can’t afford. I really appreciated that they take pictures of the work that they do and then show it on the screen and explain it in a way that you can understand. I've been seeing Dr. Sebold for 2 years now. I'm a complete worry-wart about going to the dentist, but everyone there goes out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable.
