My experience with Dr. Rosen was very positive. I had never received a crown before and was anxious. The staff was very understanding and made my experience more positive than I anticipated. I appreciated that Dr. Rosen didn’t try to pressure me into getting additional procedures, as I’ve been “upsold” in the past. Dr. Rosen just does what you need.

My old dentist in Oakland Gardens retired and it has been a while since I saw anyone else. Dr. Bieber is my new dentist, but it’s still the same kind of staff and hygienists. Dr. Bieber is very nice and is a great fit for this dentistry. Everyone seems to like him. I actually look forward to going to this dentist. He’s very knowledgeable and I look forward to remaining his patient. The office girls and hygienists are very nice.

Dr. Kaufman deserves to thumbs up. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by the very friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was very convenient because I had already completed the paperwork online. I was able to see Dr. Kaufman without having to wait. Overall, I am incredibly happy with the results I have received from my ZOOM whitening treatment. My teeth look 3 shades whiter now. Westbury, NY is a bit of a drive for me, but I believe it's definitely worth the trip. I regret making my last choice of a dentist based on the closest office to me, but I will definitely be going to see Dr. Sandhu for now on. The office is immaculate, child-friendly, and everyone there is very personable. They made my usual nervous self fear free while visiting this practice. Everyone from the front desk to the support staff hidden in the back is so welcoming and kind. They call you back before you hardly have a chance to sit down. The cleaning, exam, and x-rays were all done with such professionalism and skill. Dr. Sandhu is just incredible. Dr. Sandhu and the assistant do an excellent job keeping you relaxed. The doctor does a comprehensive job explaining everything. My experience during my extraction was practically painless, and I am very thankful that I had this done at Westbury Smile Center. If you are looking for a clinic that refuses to gouge you when it is not necessary and provide top quality of care, this is your place! Thank you for everything you do.

I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. At my first appointment with Dr. Azbel, I let the staff know about my extreme fear of dentists, even during a simple cleaning. They made me feel very comfortable and secure. I normally would have opted for some music or a show as a distraction, but I didn't need to. I didn't even need the numbing. I was very impressed with how professional the staff is. I’m very fortunate to have discovered Dr. Sandhu and Queens Dental Care. I’ve been to 3 dental offices in 3 years, but I’ve found my dental home. The first dentist I went to chipped my tooth during a cleaning and wouldn’t even admit it. I didn’t even know he’d chipped my front tooth until I got to my car. I went back in, and he fixed it, but that fix recently fell off. Other places charged way too much to fix it. I went to Queens Dental Care. The entire staff was kind, informative, and helpful. They are also very affordable. I’m a hairstylist, so I appreciate other “artist.” Dr. Sandhu is one such artist. I said the fixed tooth was beautiful. She and I are both proud of her work. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you Dr. Sandhu.

I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. Armstrong Dental Studio is very clean and they have the latest and greatest in technology in dentistry, including a massage dental chair. This team really cares about you, and they’re super friendly. They explain all treatment cost and the options for procedures thoroughly before they start working to help ensure your comfort. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Dr. Shay has been my dentist for the last 3 years. My husband and brother are patients now too. We really like how professional and friendly the staff is, it is a nice change of pace for New York. Shay Dental is clean and really roomy. And, I love how bright and inviting the waiting room is! The office staff does a really nice job explaining billing and answering any questions we have. I never feel like I am being pushed for services that I can’t afford. I really appreciated that they take pictures of the work that they do and then show it on the screen and explain it in a way that you can understand. They get busy though, so make sure you book your appointments in advance. I highly recommend Dr. Shay… he is great and you will be pleased with his work.

I continue to be amazed by Dr. Lerner and his staff. They go the extra mile to tend to their patients’ needs. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about my experiences at this clinic. Dr. Lerner even repaired some old dental work from a previous dentist simply because he knew it would help make me a bit more comfortable. I cannot think him and his staff enough. P.S. Dr. Lerner is incredibly gentle. Being in his dental chair was the first time I’ve ever been able to relax during a procedure.

The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally.
