I’ve been a patient at multiple dental clinics, and while they were good, Dr. Babayev is the absolute best. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. They are very efficient but don’t rush. Dr. Babayev was kind, and the hygienist expertly answered my myriad of questions. I asked a lot of questions, but she didn’t mind at all. The receptionist explained the payment options very well. My family has been seeing Dr. Afridi, and we think he’s nothing short of attentive, competent, intelligent, careful and highly trained. Dr. Afridi did many implants for my elderly mother. He was very careful not to hurt her and really took his time. The end result was great - to this day, she can still eat solid foods! A few years after the implants, however, she developed gum disease and an infection (probably a lack of oral hygiene), and her last dentist never said anything about it. Dr. Afridi was able to save her teeth and implants. He saw her right away and followed up to make sure everything was going alright. We don’t want anything like that to happen to her again, so now he’s in charge of her dental care from now on. As for myself, I had a calcified front tooth due to a bad root canal from a specialist. I really don’t blame him though because I knew it was a potential complication. My general dentist referred me to Dr. Afridi for follow-up treatment and an implant. I was scared and wanted to be knocked out during it, but he promised it wouldn’t hurt. And he was right. Even though I needed bone generation and gum generation for my implant, they were able to give me a temporary tooth on that same day. The entire procedure was pain free, and the end result was beautiful! Everlasting Smiles Dental is conveniently located in Glen Oaks, NY. It’s spotless and efficient with a warm, amazing staff. My coworker actually did a similar procedure to mine at another place because it was cheaper, and he went through a ton of pain and couldn’t go to work because of it. Therefore, he really didn’t save any money. The only place I’d ever go for extensive dental work like that would be to this office. I strongly recommend Dr. Afridi.

I am incredibly impressed with the care that I have received from Dr. Kaufman. I am normally very terrified of the dentist due to some awful experiences in the past. I have experienced pain from other dentists, and the service was never very good. As soon as I walked through the door, I knew this place was going to be different. The receptionist had a beaming smile on her face. The x-ray process was not difficult at all; I didn't have any discomfort. The hygienist was very gentle during my teeth cleaning. Again, I had no pain whatsoever, not even with the novocaine. Dr. Kaufman was also very personable. He wasn't like other dentists who just come in, tinker with a few things in your mouth, and leave. A co-worker recommended Dr. Thomopoulos when I moved to Rego Park in 2017, and I love it there. They truly care about their patients and make sure your comfortable when you’re getting your dental work done. A filling that was less than 6 months old broke one day and I was able to schedule an appointment with them almost immediately. The hygienists are very nice and easy to talk to. The hygienist seems to truly care about my health, she has given me a lot of advice on how to make sure my teeth stay healthy and how to avoid plaque and tartar build up in troublesome areas. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. After my appointment, the doctor went over with me a personalized treatment plan they had drafted to decide what should be done next. I will definitely be back soon.

He has a great website, and the information provided led me to call the office for an appointment. I asked if they accepted my insurance, and they did. Dr. Kalyanaraman is so friendly. He treats his patients like family. He performed the examination and clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He allowed me some time to consider the options he presented, and he was supportive of my choice. I really like Dr. Kalyanaraman and his staff, and I’m sure you will too.

It was cool I will go back again

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I've always found Dr. Amir to be very kind and quick to answer my questions. I'm very happy with the work that Dr. Amir has done for me. When I had horrible tooth pain and contacted the office, I was given a same-day appointment. I would recommend Dr. Amir to anyone in Brooklyn looking for a dentist.

I'll say it...THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE IN NYC!!! They have given me so many reasons to remain true. Here recently my husband had an emergency...was in severe pain. I went to Armstrong Dental Studio first thing in the morning and they took care of everything, even though he didn't have an appointment until the night before. They are so courteous and caring. We always have an amazing visit and always looking forward to the next time. Dr. Armstrong always seems so happy to see us and takes time to ask about how things are going. The front desk team is always very friendly and I have no clue how they remember all of our names. It just shows their dedication to customer service. I soooo adore this place!!! I’m a fairly new patient here, but I already love Dr. Aknouk. I’ve never had to wait, and when I had to bring my kids with me the team loves to keep them busy. Dr. Aknouk is kind and professional. He goes over my options with me going over the pros and cons of the different treatment plans. He also helped me figure out that I am allergic to certain crowns, which helped me get rid of my cold sensitivity. He is affordable and whenever I call about dental problems they’re able to get me in on the same day. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you need a dentist in the Bronx.

I can’t say enough good things about Smile by Choice. They do great work and are great people. This dentist office in the Upper West Side, Manhattan was right down the street from my office, and so I started going here about 3 months ago. I now work downtown Manhattan, but I still come here for the great dental service. I love going to my cleanings twice a year. I’ve never missed a dental appointment. Smile by Choice is very high quality dentistry in New York, NY. They have vaulted ceilings that let in natural light, the latest and greatest in technology, and an awesome staff that is very nice and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist can often seem like a chore, but this class makes it easy and even dare I say enjoyable. You’ll always feel like you got the best cleaning here, which is often not the case. And it’s never painful. Scraping tools can often be unpleasant, but they use an ultrasonic cleaning method that is very calming. They even give you a warm towel when you’re done with your cleaning, which seemed very first class to me!

I highly recommend Dr. Lerner's office. I have gone here for both regular teeth cleanings and fillings. I haven’t felt pain during any of my appointments. Previously, I had multiple bad experiences going to other New York dentists, but Dr. Lerner and his staff were so kind and so comforting that I was no longer apprehensive of my regular dental care. I’ll be going back to this practice for years to come.

It’s very easy to schedule an appointment. If one isn’t available for the day you’re looking for, the receptionists call you as soon as they have an opening. Dr. Kaminsky is wonderful. This place is awesome. Dr. Shcheglov and his staff are wonderful. It is a very relaxing atmosphere, and they are all friendly and easy to talk to. I’ve had a lot of work done this year and they’re always willing to talk me through everything step-by-step from care, treatment, and financial. They have the option of care credit, which is great. I’ve done Invisalign with them, and am happy with how my teeth look.

Just went to Dr. Borgella’s office after several years of not going regularly to get a checkup or cleaning. Dr. Borgella and the hygienist were professional and went above and beyond explaining the procedures. They did a great job developing my surgery plan and even did it the same day! So long as I live in Bronx, I will definitely be back for any future dental work.

Dr. Reznik and Big Apple Dental had been our dentist in Wyandanch, NY for a long time, so we trusted him. Change can be hard to handle, So when we moved we were sad that we might have to change dentist. But Dr. Reznik is such a great dentist, that we are willing to drive two hours. The office staff is very is very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same hygienist for a while now, and that’s what really matters to me because that is all I really need normally. I’m very lucky that Dr. Reznik is on this dental plan because then my routine cleanings and x-rays are only $25.00!

My family has been going to Dr. Kucher for five years now and they always provide great dental service in Livingston, NJ. The dental hygienist always cleans our teeth thoroughly and are very nice. I’m really afraid of going to the dentist, so I hadn’t gone in about a decade. A few years ago, however, my teeth were starting to hurt, so I knew I needed to see a dentist. I went to Albert A. Kahlil DDS in South River, NJ to get a wisdom tooth pulled, a root canal, cavities filled, a tooth crown, and another tooth extracted. My friend recommended Dr. Kahlil, so that’s why I wanted him to do the work. Turns out, part of my tooth was still in my gums, which is why I was still in pain. I called their office on a Monday, went in the next day for xrays and the extraction, and then went back in on Wednesday for a cleaning. On Wednesday morning, Dr. Kahlil called me to see how I was, which amazed me and shows he cares about his patients. Plus, the tooth extraction went well, and the only pain I felt was from the numbing needle. The hygienist who did my teeth cleaning was so lovely! She didn’t judge me at all and made it a stress-free experience! I had very little pain (it hurt a little because of my cold sensitivity), so it was pretty fantastic! My teeth look so much better than the did when I first walked in. Thank you! I need to return so that Dr. Khalil and I can figure out a treatment plan, but if I have any updates, I’ll post another review!
