If I could give Dr. Murphy at Radiance Dental more stars, I would! She has to be the best dentist in the Scarsdale, NY area. I refer everyone I know to her. Oddly enough, my friends and I all had terrible dentist phobia and hated the idea of going to a clinic. And then a coworker referred me to Dr. Murphy’s office. Now my friends and I actually look forward to our checkups and cleanings. The staff here are so friendly, and everyone at each step of your visit seems to genuinely care for their patients. One of the hygienists joked with me during the entire cleaning which calmed my nerves. Dr. Murphy has completely changed my perception of a dentist office. My wait times at this clinic have been very short which is shocking due to how many people tend to cycle through. This clinic is easily five stars! Thank you, Dr. Murphy.

Excellent service at Reginald Borgella DDS! Friendly and professional staff at upon entry. Knowledgeable, friendly dentists. I appreciate that everything is explained to me so that I understand what's going on can understand the best way to move forward for treatment. Bonus points that it seems everyone employed at Dr. Borgella’s (from what I've seen so far) is highly trained. I recently saw Dr. Borgella and he was the best dentist I’ve seen in Bronx - thorough, friendly, and caring.

I’m so lucky to have found this dentist. Dr. Wert is very friendly and easy to talk to. The dental staff is very kind. The wait time is never long here, and they use the newest and greatest dental technology. I have been going to C K Galdieri since October 2016. Dr. Galdieri and the whole team are incredible individuals personally and professionally. They are very friendly and make you feel more than welcomed. Dr. Galdieri is an amazing dentist. They keep you up to date on everything from beginning to end. This place is awesome, I always feel comfortable when I’m here. The entire staff and Dr. Aknouk are great. You can really tell they love their jobs. I’ve had Dr. Aknouk put in my gold inlay replaced my old silver fillings with porcelain computer-made filling. They’re both very friendly. I had an emergency a couple months ago when my daughter had her front tooth knocked out and Dr. Aknouk came in on his day off to do a root canal on her. This clinic is wonderful, I would highly recommend it and won’t be going anywhere else.

I brought my 5 year old to this dentist in Harlem. I wanted her to go to a non-pediatric only dentist because pediatric dentists often use unnecessary medication for a simple teeth cleaning. I was nervous about how my son would do, so we watched fun Youtube videos showing kids going to the dentist and tooth cartoons. He was prepared and felt comfortable because of it, which was great because that meant no tantrum. I gave him some background info and it made him feel like a big boy, and the awesome dental hygienist helped me with that goal. She was very kind and gentle with my son. She showed him all the tools she was going to use, which made things easy. This place is truly the best. The other assistant and the dentist were great as well, My son listened to the assistants because they were all so nice. It was a great, easy experience. I can’t thank them enough. The front desk ladies were great as well, they were very kind and made my son feel great. They even gave him a balloon with his goodie bag, and when it popped they gave him 2 more and comforted him.

I have been a patient at this practice for a while now, way before Dr. Choi took over the practice. I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with the work she does. She’s very personal, she always remembers what’s going on in her patients’ lives. She recommended Invisalign for me, and she was a great help with that, along with all the regular cleanings and fillings she’s done for me. The clinic’s staff and Dr. Choi are very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re always on time and keep billing matters simple. When I had a toothache 2 years they were able to see me right away. I would recommend Dr. Choi and her staff at Smile by Choice to anyone.

I don’t think there are enough good things I could say about Dr. Shay and his staff at Shay Dental! When I cracked a tooth, they were there and got me in very fast. Dr. Shay, of course, took care of it perfectly, and he is my only dentist now. They all do a great job of explaining all the details to you and very straightforward with costs. They are all so amazing and the best in New York!

Going to the dentist is a pretty darn terrifying no matter who you are, but Dr. Ames is as good as it gets. I've gone for regular cleanings, fillings, as well as wisdom teeth extractions, and each time they make sure to explain everything in detail, constantly checks in on how you're feeling. I’ve never been made to feel guilty about cavities, and most importantly: Dr. Ames has a much-needed sense of humor to bring down dentist anxiety. Passion for the job is clear (they seem to genuinely enjoy it). QUEENS CENTRAL DENTAL is good with people of all ages and backgrounds, so it really feels like they care about each of their patients and the Jackson Heights community. I didn't know what to expect going to the dentist in the US, I just moved here from Russia and to my surprise it was great. I made an appointment for the earliest time available. Came in with little to almost no wait time and was able to explain my situation/tooth concerns without feeling uncomfortable. I never once felt judged or pressured into making any decision. I really needed a new dentist when I found this place, I took a chance and I’m so glad I did. The office is spotless and organized. It is small, but I don’t mind that. They treat you like an individual here, and they aren’t worried about treating as many patients as possible. They treat you like a human being. The front office staff is helpful and nice. They will call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment and will even do a follow-up call a couple days after your appointment. Dr. Normatov is awesome. I came in for a deep cleaning and a checkup and she was very professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable and satisfied with the service I received. She did the cleaning herself, which is something I wasn’t expecting. We even got to talk about food. Again, she’s easy to talk to and really knows her stuff. I’m actually excited to go back and see her.

I was dealing with some tooth sensitivity, so I scheduled an appointment with Glendale Dental. It was a wonderful experience. Cleaning: The hygienist did a wonderful job. She was polite and gentle. It was one of the best cleanings I’ve had in my lifetime. Dr. Cukier: He checked for various causes of tooth sensitivity and was so meticulous and kind. He communicated clearly and made sure I was okay before he proceeded. He solved the problem I was having with one of my back molars and did a quick cosmetic fix. That tooth was closer to the front. I’m impressed with the high-quality care I received. I’d highly recommend him! Dental office: The office was very clean and sanitary. It’s a wonderful office with wonderful staff. Wow!! This place is wonderful The staff is personable and kind. I’ve put off going to the dentist for a long time, but I finally came when I was having pain in one of my back teeth. I needed a root canal with a crown. Dr. Kalyanaraman at G.K. Raman DDS, Brooklyn, NY explained how everything would go and why it was important to get it done. Everything turned out great, and I am no longer having any pain because of that tooth. I have to go back in about a week or two to finish up the treatment, and I’ll continue going to Dr. Kalyanaraman’s office for my cleanings and other dental work. Thank you so much, Dr. Kalyanaraman! All of your staff members are incredible!

I’d heard an advertisement on the radio and decided to give Dr. Hassid a shot. The ad said to come in no matter how scared of the dentist you were, and I have an extreme phobia. I needed my teeth cleaned and even some teeth extracted. Dr. Hassid did a double root canal, a couple bridges, and some implants. The receptionist staff was kind and everyone here was very helpful, from the office staff, to the dentist, to the dental assistants. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like family coming here, and anyone in the area should check them out.

Dr. Sandhu is a very skilled and reasonable dentist. I went to her for Invisalign, and she did great work. I appreciated that she was fully devoted to her patients’ needs. She makes sure everything goes smoothly during treatments and even checks up on her patients after more complicated procedures, including checking on my after my Invisalign trays have been delivered. I’m very impressed with both the care and the location. The Westbury, NY location and parking are very convenient.

I’ve been to multiple dental practices. Thanks to bad genetics, I’ve had my fair share of cavities, root canals, and now an infected tooth that needed to be removed. Dr. Kaminsky was wonderful throughout the whole process. I initially came here just to get a second opinion and was so impressed that they didn’t even charge me for the X-rays they took so they could see the infected tooth better. Dr. Kaminsky sat with me for at least half an hour, discussing treatment options and prices. I was able to have the infected tooth and my wisdom teeth removed on the same day. I was unbelievably nervous, but I didn’t experience any pain. I’m grateful I didn’t have to be put under. That lowered the cost. Dr. Kaminsky had the best possible bedside manner, which truly is a rare find in dentistry.

When I told my friend that my dentist in Brooklyn was about to retire she recommended Dr. Grinberg. As someone who hates the dentist, I was a bit nervous. He gave me some great tips to improve my dental health, and he is much more up to date with his knowledge about technology and procedures than my former dentist. Dr. Richard Kaufman is one of the nicest dentists there is. He has a great practice in Uniondale, New York. I appreciate that he explains exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. He patiently answers all your questions and concerns. I find Dr. Kaufman to be very gentle and approachable; he puts my nerves at ease. Parking is very convenient. Even if you're coming from out of town, his service is worth the trip!

Back in September I was in between jobs and could not afford dental insurance in Levittown. Dr. Mekawy and their staff gave me information on a dental plan for people who can’t normally afford dental care. That’s just how awesome they are. I went in thinking I had two cavities that needed to be filled. I was in a little bit of pain because of them. I explained what had been going on and gave her a document that my primary dentist in Levittown had given me, which said what dental work I needed. Because of this payment plan, I am now able to afford the dental work that needs to be done that otherwise I could not afford it.

When we lived in Merrick, NY, my family went to Dr. Mangiaracina. I went to her first. She was always so personable. She even remembered my daughter’s name. The whole staff knew how to make you feel comfortable. The hygienists were friendly. I honestly don’t like going to the dentist, but I liked going to Dr. Mangiaracina. That’s a compliment. Since moving out-of-state, I have looked for a dentist I liked as much as Dr. Mangiaracina, and I haven’t found one yet. I wish Dr. Mangiaracina could just move here. If you need a new dentist, make an appointment with Dr. Concetta Mangiaracina. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend her.

I’ve only been here for a checkup but I’m already very impressed with Big Apple Dental. I was running late, so they only had time for the checkup and told me to come back for the cleaning, but I still can’t believe how caring they were, they really took time to listen to my questions and concerns. The dentist in Wyandanch was very thorough when he went through my x-rays, he explained everything that was going on with my mouth. The hygienist was great too, he went through everything with me, and especially explained the effects of my teeth grinding to me. I never knew I grind my teeth at night, but it helped me realize the cause of a lot of the issues I was having with my teeth. The staff could tell I was anxious so they tried to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everyone there was very detail oriented and caring. I love this place, and I am actually looking forward to going back, which is weird to say about the dentist.
